This 3000 square foot, 6 bedroom 5 bathroom condo is perfect for a large group's vacation needs! Featuring large living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and game room. Families will enjoy the convenience of being located directly across the street from the beach, and just a short drive away from area attractions. In close proximity to Cherry Grove Villas you will find more than a hundred championship golf courses, hundreds of restaurants, numerous live entertainment theaters and water sports. There is also a walking trail, dock, picnic tables, and amazing sunsets within walking distance. Sorry the HOA does not allow motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts in the garage. 4 parking passes will be provided for the garage below the building, no other parking is available.

The property was more than adequate for our party of 9. Most of us are in our 70’s so grab bars in the bathrooms and taller toilets would have been nice. The host was very easy to reach and check in/out was easy. The beach view was nice. Having 4 parking spaces was nice. Our trip was in October so pool and hot tub was closed due to construction in parking area even though it said it was open to November 1. Construction made it difficult to get luggage and belongings upstairs due to limited access to elevators. Beds were very comfortable. The living area was great for our group to watch tv or just be together. We would recommend this property for anyone looking for a great getaway for several people or family.

Great location. Much my better than other places we have stayed in NMB. Relaxing ocean view and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. The large dining table was nice and the two fridges were great!

Overall a great experience! Very clean and nice. The only strange thing was the host entered the property a day after check in without permission from us to “check in on things”. If it wasn’t for that, it would have been 5 stars!

My family and I spent a week here, 6 adults and 2 teenagers. We liked that we had so much space and everyone could have their own bathroom. The beds are pretty comfortable overall and having the beach right across the street was a big plus. The furnishings are somewhat dated and could use an upgrade, which is why I'm not giving this apartment a 5 star rating. I wouldn't call it a luxurious apartment by my standards, but it was great for a family vacation.

This place was perfect for our big family vacation! We had plenty of space, our host was very responsive and helpful, very short walk to the beach. We loved the large balcony!

The condo is exactly as listed. Beautiful, clean, and large enough to accommodate 6 kids (all under 9) and 8 adults. The view from the balconies toward the ocean was spectacular, we even watched a storm approaching one evening. The amenities and appliances worked as expected. Our vacation was pleasant due in part to the condo being well maintained and comfortable. I would give it the manager, Roger, 5 stars also because he made himself available to answer questions or address issues.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This condo was perfect for our group! We had 12 guests, 4 adults (one couple), 7 teenagers, and one toddler. I wasn't sure about the layout from pictures, so I'll describe here. You can see the ocean as soon as you walk in! The front door opens to a hallway that includes a king room with attached bathroom, that would also serve as the downstairs guest bathroom. In this hallway is also the queen room with bunk beds and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. As you continue down the hallway it opens to the open concept kitchen/dining room/living room and large oceanview balcony. Plenty of space for everyone to hangout together! Upstairs opens to the 2nd living area which includes a foosball table and large couch and tv. The teenagers loved this space for playing video games and hanging out. Also upstairs is the queen/twin room (oceanfront) and 2nd king room (oceanfront). The king has a private bath with shower and the queen/twin has a bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower that also serves as a guest bathroom for upstairs. There are also two additional bedrooms, the double twin and double queen room (with private bath). The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/dishes/tupperware. There's also a very large electric griddle, which is perfect for group breakfasts! For coffee pots, there are 2, for coffee grounds, or kcups. The only negative I would say, is the floors look clean, but we all had black feet if walking barefoot. We will definitely be back!

A great place for a big family

Plenty of room. The short walk to the beach was very convenient. the view was great and the sound of the waves was wonderful while relaxing on the balcony

Disappointed

There was a lot of construction going on premises. Only one of the elevators was working most of the week. The hot tub was closed the entire time and the pool part of the time. The unit had dirty comforter and had to call the owner. He was very nice but the unit was in need of updates and repairs. We should have been advised before hand of the ongoing construction.

Baseball draft!

We had 12 men from around the country, who got together for our annual fantasy baseball draft. Everything went great! Villa was just as advertised with plenty of room and nice view.

Family spring break

4 adults, 4 kids! There was some unexpected building maintenance, but that doesn’t reflect on the property or owner’s themselves! Everything within the villa was clean and worked as it should and we had plenty of room to give each other the space we all needed after long days exploring!

New Year's Family get together

We throughly enjoyed our stay over anew Years. The weather was great and we got in a lot of winter beach fun. 2 refrigerators was a plus for the 14 of us.... kitchen had most of everything needed. Ocean side rooms were wonderful, but the back bedrooms were a little loud. Nice separation of space.

Good place for large group

The 3000 square feet was plenty of space for our family and friends. The deck was awesome. Two refrigerators was awesome! Upstairs smelled musty at first but probably due to uncirculated air conditioning, and it got better after a day of air conditioning. Bathroom fixtures very dated rusted and corrosive but functional. Cabinetry and bedding was a bit dated and front rooms needed black out curtains on the walkway side to keep the light out that stayed on all night. Some of the beds were very comfortable and some were too soft and swayed. Bring your laundry detergent because will you will need to wash the towels everydaytowels/washclothes (3 our bath room), one roll of toilet tissue, one kitchen towel and one kitchen cloth. Bring your own dishwasher pods, and dish soap and hand soap.for your bath rooms. There was only 6 hangers in the closet. Beach views were great! Place just needs a little TLC, light bulbs, paint. Walkway to beach was easily accessed across the street and there was a great shower to wash sand off. There was one day the cleaning people had worked on the elevator and evidentially used pure pinesol on the floor with no dilution. It burned your lungs it was so strong luckily there was stair. Overall, we were happy since this was one of the last listings we could find for our large group at the last moment. We’ve rented many units up-and-down Myrtle Beach, for many years, and this is probably a fair listing comparison.

A great place for a family stay

A condo with generous space, well maintained and clean, with great location and a positive owner. We spent a wonderful week at this property and fully intend to return. The property is well maintained and the owner was both friendly and responsive in dealing with minor issues as they occurred. Parking is very tight, but almost everything else was great.

Amazing trip in this great condo

We had a family of 14 stay in this great condo conveniently located across the street from the beach. Beautiful ocean views with beach access across street. Plenty of rooms and space for everyone to spread out. Fully stocked kitchen. Very responsive owner for any immediate needs on check in day. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great condo, plenty of space. Great location. Had a few minor issues that the owner came and resolved right away on a Sunday no less. Roger is a great guy and quick to respond. 10/10 would book again.

Best of cherry grove villas

We’ve stayed in many units in this building. Comparatively, this unit was well maintained and has a great view. Owner was responsive and took care of small issue immediately.

Very nice 2 floors. Second row with ocean view. Great water pressure. 2 refrigerators was great. Literally 2 minute walk acrosss street to beach access. Dining room chairs need to be recovered but other than that all 12 of us loved their beds. Planning to do family vacation here again.

In 2017 our dream became a reality when we were blessed with the opportunity to purchase our unit. It is our pleasure to open up our home for others to enjoy as well.

Cherry Grove Villas 405 was the perfect fit for our family. Our entirely family gets to enjoy their space to relax, and the location couldn’t be better. It is only steps to a quite family beach and it is also very convenient to all of the attractions that the Grand Strand area has to offer. The unit itself was perfect for us as well, being on the top floor of the building affords the best view and we also like the fact that there are no neighbors above us. The walls are incredibly well sound-proofed so it is easy to forget that you even have neighbors at all.
