Wonderful place to stay!

This condo was very spacious and was perfect for our family vacation. The host provided everything we need. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a good experience but we hoped for more given other VRBO experiences.The Good:6 bedrooms and 5 baths - hard to find a place like that with mostly attached baths. All well furnished.Extensive tableware and cooking setsGood air conditioning systemsGood communications with hostCould use some work: - A handbook to give instructions on what is provided, how to access WiFi, etc.- Parking passes weren't put out but host helped us find them- basic toiletries to stock for a minimum - body wash, shampoo, conditioner for bathrooms- some basics for kitchens like paper towels(most VRBO's i have stayed at have these things so we didn't expect to have to supply them; issue was compounded by us arriving at midnight.)- few cleanliness issues, we found an empty can of soda left out and a strawberry behind one of the game systems- one of ice makers wasn't working

Great location

The condo has a great layout with 4 bedrooms upstairs, 2 down. Easy stairs to second floor. Walkway to the beach right across the street. Wide beaches. The host was quick to respond to minor issues. I wish the Horry county beaches would allow the shibumi shades on the beach. We have used ours on Ocean Isle for two years. We had to buy umbrellas and they took flight during windy days. I did send email to the county commissioners. Other than that, great stay.
