Beautiful secluded STUDIO cottage. Only minutes to Carmel By The Sea village and the ocean.

Located in the forest/lake gated community of Quail Meadows, Carmel, California. A part of Quail Country Club (semi-private) for golf. Nearby delicious restaurants, multi-sightseeing events. 18 miles of trails, a lake and gorgeous mountain views.
Carmel is filled with entertainment and amazing historical highlights.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY THIS IS A STUDIO. Minimum rental for one month (30 days) No pets. Fully furnished (not available unfurnished), King bed, breakfast table, grey leather recliners, and window seat. This is a studio in a separate building from the main residence. $2,600.00 per month (averages out to $85.25 per day). ALL inclusive: cable, Netflix, Prime Video, high speed wifi, trash removal, water, PG and E, private driveway, private parking area for one car only (not allowed to park on the street), full private patio with fire pit, full mini kitchen, fireplace, TV, garbage disposal, washer/dryer and bi-weekly housekeeping.

A few minutes from Famous Pebble Beach and Steinbeck‘s Cannery Row. Amazing hiking trails on the ocean at Point Lobos, Carmel Highlands and Big Sur.
