Located steps from Lovers Point, this cozy romantic retreat sleeps 2. Walk to the beach, town, or golf course, and be greeted by the small-town friendliness for which Pacific Grove is famous. The bike/pedestrian path follows the coastline from Pacific Grove to Fort Ord and is 75 steps from the cottage. The bike path takes you to the Aquarium, Cannery Row, and Fisherman's Wharf with spectacular ocean vistas.. Excellent restaurants within walking distance.
The cottage is an easy drive to Carmel, Pebble Beach, and Monterey. A complimentary bottle of wine awaits your arrival.

Come to the exciting Pacific Ocean and watch frolicking otters, take long walks along the bike path (100 steps from our front door) for miles along the Pacific Ocean.: See sea birds swimming in the surf; monarch butterflies landing in the trees; waves breaking against a sandy beach, and seals calving at Hopkins Marine Station beach.

Leave your cares at the door. The cottage offers tranquility that will restore your spirits. We offer coffee, tea, water, and a complimentary bottle of wine to help you settle in as well as paper products and all linens and kitchen equipment.

Restaurants, shops : Everything you need to stock your cottage is within 10 minutes of the cottage. Walk 1 block to the beach-side grill with clam chowder in sour dough bowls with spectacular views of the cove and the open sea beyond. Walk 3 blocks to LIghthouse Avenue where a myriad of restaurants and cafes await you along with little shops for browsing and boutiques with stylish clothes. Enjoy a spa treatment 2 blocks away at Amara Spa or have a manicure on Lighthouse Ave. See a movie at our theater on Lighthouse Ave. Walk l mile to the Tin Cannery (outlets), the Aquarium, and Cannery Row which offer shopping, dining and exhibits.

The cottage has 7 steps from the curb to the front door and a slight, 4" rise from the sun room into the living room. The glass-enclosed, shower over tub has one grab bar. Our Pacific Grove License is 0020.

Staying here was wonderful, everything was just right. The cottage was very welcoming, comfy bed, great sun porch with view of the ocean. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, we loved the walkability. Jill was quick to give excellent info on the neighborhood along with restaurant recommendations. We are looking forward to staying here again.

We loved this place! This cottage was perfect for our stay over thanksgiving. We even pre-ordered a holiday dinner from Whole Foods and had the coziest thanksgiving dinner together. We took walks along the ocean everyday. I enjoyed sitting on the front steps and reading while watching people walk by with the their dogs. Everyone was so friendly ! We would absolutely love to book this property again in the future!

We absolutely loved this little cottage. The bed was so cozy and the shower was excellent. The kitchen had everything you may need to make meals. The location was also perfect. Just steps away from the beach and just up the street from the cottage were so many restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

We found Jill’s cottage to be charming, cosy and romantic and communication with Jill excellent. We were able to see Lover’s Cove from a front window and took late walks along the shore most evenings. Great location that is walking distance to most areas of interest in Pacific Grove. We brought bikes and kayaks, spent a week and seldom drove unless heading out of town.

Beautiful location across street Lovers beach. Walking distance to everything. Charming bungalow early 1900 historic neighborhood. Red Roof Cafe amazing food. Old Fisherman Grotto be meal we had in years. 4 hour bike ride along coast and 17 mi drive, absolutely stunning!We will be back every year

Exceeded expectations

We travel to Pacific Grove semi-regularly and really like the area where this property is located. Short walk down to the coastal path or up to the local restaurants and coffee shops. Super quiet at night even on a holiday weekend. Decor and furnishings blend well with this early 20th century cottage. Comfortable bed and spacious kitchen-dining area that is well appointed. Plenty of places to store your travel necessities. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions both before arrival and on departure.

Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL home to stay!!! Super clean - easy parking and check in/out. We fell in love with the neighborhood too. Only a few steps to gorgeous Lover's Point and bike/walk path along the ocean with otters, seals, and so much more. Just up the road a bit...couple of easy blocks, there are so many wonderful restaurants and stores in PG. We stayed for a week and loved every moment...comfy bed and furnishings - everything you could want. Thanks for so much welcoming us into your wonderful home, Jill.

I vacationed in Pacific Grove as a young girl with my family. My husband learned Russian at the Defense Language Institute when he was stationed in Monterey while in the service. We loved the area and it kept calling to us.
