TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has a living area with a Pool table so your family can spend together on one level. The dining area (seats 10) and the kitchen island can seat 2 with room for all family members to share meals prepared in a well-equipped kitchen. The King Master Suite has a master bath with a separate shower from a soaking. There is access to the front of the house to the screened porch. A half bath is also on this floor. Leave your worries behind and vacation in style at this cheerful beach home in The Currituck Club. Your family's every need will not only be met, but exceeded at Paradise Cay. [Note: No dogs or other animals allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has a living area with a Pool table and large flat-screen TV so your family can relax and spend together on one level while being entertained! The dining area (seats 10) and the kitchen bar counter can seat 2 with room for all family members to share meals prepared in a well-equipped kitchen. A half bath is also on this floor. There is access to the front of the house to the screened porch where guests can enjoy another area to unwind and catch-up and also to the sun deck at the back of the house facing the pool deck below. The one bedroom on this level is a King Master Suite which has a master bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

ENTRY LEVEL:
As you enter the home, there is a King bedroom with access to a hall bath (shower/tub combo). This bathroom is shared with 2 other bedrooms: the Queen bedroom (access to the back deck) and a bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk set for kids. The Second King Master Suite has a shower/tub combo. Outdoors, there is an outdoor shower to use after beach going or before jumping into the private pool which measures 13' x 26' (pool heat available for an additional fee) or the hot tub. The garage is not available for guest use. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
In season, The Hammocks section has a full-size community pool and kiddie pool for the little ones. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.

Overall, we enjoyed the house and would definitely consider this house again. We wish that the grill was a little larger with the amount of people that can but we made it work. The pool was a good size for the house just shady.

Family time in Corolla

We wanted a place that family could visit and there would be something for everyone. This was the perfect location. Close to shops and beach access is not far away.

Everyone had a wonderful time. Only too cool for the pool. Close for the things we wanted to do. Everything was provided but couldn't find any pot holders so we bought a couple and left them there. Lol Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Family Getaway

Wonderful vacation home for our party of 10! Had everything we needed to cook at the house. We loved the pool and hot tub and the trolley service to the beach. Everything is in close proximity!

This house was wonderful place to stay, Very clean, Very spacious, and well maintained. The kitchen had every item need to cook at home. We enjoyed all the amenities that were included and will very much stay here again when we come back to the Outter Banks

OBX Family Vacation

Excellent setup for a family vacation - all adults with adult children! Bedroom/bathroom configurations worked out perfectly. Loved the Club amenities and the pool in the backyard. The trolley service to the private beach was perfect. Kitchen facilities/cookware was great! Only negative to the stay was an ant problem. The house should also come with a fly swatter! Would definitely recommend to others!

The community itself is beautiful and Corolla is my favorite place other than Duck. The house itself was ok. The beds were very uncomfortable to the point we had to give the kids the masters to get a good night sleep. Cleaning needs to improve at the property. Other than that a nice stay.

Family Get Away

The size of the house and heated pool were great, however it was not very clean. We were also very disappointed that we could not access the beach easily and had to drive down to a parking lot to access the beach versus a short walk when it was right there. We reported a couple issues to the owner/property manager and never heard back. The dishwasher appeared to be broke So we had a hand wash dishes the entire week and were never contacted after reporting the problem. We also reported that we received one key and the other key happen to be to a different location but we’re never contacted to resolve the issue. I would not stay there again.

Disappointed

The property looks pretty, however the pool is shaded. At no point in the day did the pool have full sun shine. The pool was dirty, the pool furniture was filthy, the deck of the pool was covered in dead leaves. The area around the pool is extremely small and there are no outside lights by the pool for night use. The deck is very weathered and 3 people got splinters. The upper and lower deck was covered in dead leaves and the deck furniture was also filthy. The upper deck table was disgusting. Paint chipping off and was totally rusted out. Needs to be put in the trash. The vacuum was never run before we got there. There was popcorn and m&ms all over the living room carpet. There was no sheet or pillow case for the soft bed. The tv in the bedroom with the bunk beds does not work. There several burned out light bulbs. There are no pamphlets or information about the local area. We didn’t realize how far the beach was and that we had to drive to the beach. One of the corners of the pool table is broken.

Cute property. Few problems

Very nice property. Half of the jets in the hot tub were not working and I had to change 4 light bulbs as soon as we checked in. One of the bedrooms didn't have a single light bulb working. A couple of outside access doors don't seem to lock either. Other than that, it was a nice cozy stay.

First time in outer banks

Lovely home that was clean upon entering. House was open and available about 30 past check in time but worth the wait. Plenty to do at the Currituck Club with multiple pools available. Hot tub and pool were lively to have for quick midday swims.

Very happy with our stay

The house was pretty much exactly how it appeared in the pictures. It’s well located within the community, all major appliances were in good working order. A couple minor issues including a door not functioning properly, the house was not well cleaned when we arrived and there were lots of ants around the property but these were really minor in the scheme of things and we were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Neighbors called police and excused us of setting off fireworks and disturbing them. But other than that great neighborhood. If have kids and family with kids I would choose another area if neighbors that sensitive to kids playing and family time.

Its a beautiful home. It just seems that things are getting older and need attention. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. It doesn't keep things cold enough. The hot tub cover needs to be fixed. The appliances need to be updated.
