Updated with new decor and furnishings, fresh paint, flooring and more, including a full-size washer and dryer! This is the largest 2 bedroom condo at The Palm Bay, a corner unit with 2 bedrooms/2 baths in The Clubs Section. Its corner location is the closest to the beach with less than 2 minutes to reach the crystal sand! This condo provides ample space to spread out and not feel like you are on top of each other. The bedrooms are set up so everyone has a a bed - this condo comfortably sleeps 6, which is the maximum occupancy at the Palm Bay Club.

Master Bedroom:

The master is very large, elegant furnishing, has beautiful hardwood floors, a King-size bed, a mounted 32 inch flat screen TV, over-sized walk-in-closet, with en suite bathroom and its own large walk-in, tile shower for your convenience. Additionally, there is a set of sliding doors to access the lanai/sunroom.

Guest Bedroom:

The guest bedroom has new, cottage style furniture purchased in April 2015 and also has hardwood flooring, a bunk bed set up with Twin over a Full-size bed, plus an additional free standing Queen-size bed. There is a 19 inch flat screen TV and plenty of closet space. The second/guest bathroom is located just outside of this room and has a tub/shower combination.

Additional Features:

This condo has its own full-size new washer and drier in the long hallway off of the guest bathroom - a rarity in this complex. The kitchen comes fully equipped down to the matching dishes and ample pans with plenty of space to spread out and cook a full meal. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and the main living area is very generous with two leather sofas and a mounted 50 inch flat screen TV. There is free WiFi with a router inside the unit and upgraded cable for every TV , all provided through Verizon Fios and a DVD player for your entertainment enjoyment. Tile floors throughout, other than the hardwood in the bedrooms - all for easy care and enjoyment. As a ground floor corner condo the unit is provided with loads of natural light and extra windows. The enclosed lanai/sunroom has new furniture purchased in April 2015, and it is perfect for those relaxing moments where you can dine al fresco or simply kick back and relax. This room is fully enclosed with 3 sets of sliding glass doors that can be opened or closed depending on your preference.

Being renovated you can expect everything to have a fresh and clean look; it will stay that way because of the excellent departure cleaning crew and daily management from the front office staff. There is an updated look without clutter to get in the way. This condo is perfect for those who are looking for a little extra space and want easy access to the beach and all of the amenities the resort has to offer. Convenience, style and comfort are what our condo is all about!

Property Amenities:

Our condo is centrally located on the Gulf-side of our Beach-to-Bay complex. We are a simple 2 minutes to reach the sand and just down from the gulf-side pool and tennis courts. Our ground floor location makes it super easy to access the condo at any time and the corner location provides additional privacy and separation from noise. Parking is steps away and no elevator to hassle with. Our condo is the perfect place to come and go as you please for the maximum enjoyment of your vacation experience! There are a total of two large heated (when needed) swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, a spa, fishing pier on the Bay-side along with adjacent boat docks that are for use with approval and a nominal fee. There is even a small workout room for those who want it.

Our complex is located at the 'heart' of Siesta Key's Crescent beach and Palm Bay has its own private beach access. Lounge chairs and seating are provided at both pools and the beach. We even provide the towels! The complex is just 1.5 miles south of The Village where you will find plenty of local dining spots and shops. The Palm Bay Club personnel is onsite 24/7 to ensure the comfort of all guests and after hour check-ins when needed.

Great home away from home!

This condo and the complex had everything we needed for our various needs and hobbies. We lounged on the beach, enjoyed the sunsets, fished off the pier, and soaked in the hot tub. The sand on the beach is remarkably nice and soft to walk on. The spacious condo was in a great location to run back quickly to grab a snack. It really suited our needs and would consider going back.

Bridget and Mark are GREAT owners

I put the below on TripAdvisor:

Prior to our trip to Siesta Key, I did much research on VBRO and TripAdvisor. We decided to stay at this resort, specifically because of Mark and Bridget's description (they own unit 139). We have four kids so this place was perfect for us. Here are my assessments:

Good:

Great location

#139 is the closest unit to the beach

#139 has all you need (comfortable couches/beds, large kitchen, washer/dryer, great owners who take care of the unit)

Family Friendly

Kids loved the Pool

Publix, CVS, etc right over the bridge

Convenient parking

Beach chairs

Awesome sunsets and beach walks

Areas of Improvement:

Some front desk staff are snarky and seem bothered when you ask a question.

10:00 am checkout is a little early (ask for $50 to extend to 12 noon)

Bayside pool is a little small and we got a few "looks" when we showed up with kids.

Overall great place. We highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

Fantastic Accomodations

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. We are a family of four with two daugthers in university. The location was excellent and proximity to the beach couldn't be better. It was exceptionally clean and there was plenty of space for all of us to relax and get in some well deserved rest and relaxation. The description of the condo and amenities was very accurate and the property and condo are well maintained. We arrived after the main office was closed, but security was available within minutes to give us our keys. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to rent it again.

Remarkable Place to Stay!

My family and I stayed at this condo and it was perfect! The location doesn’t get any better. Right by the beach, so we were able to walk there in the morning to see sunrise, walk back later to spend the day at the beach, and walk over in the evening to see sunset. You can’t walk back and forth that many times unless you’re this close to the beach! Two pools near the condo gave us a change of scenery from the beach too. The condo itself is spacious, clean and comfy. I was particularly impressed with how clean the condo was, making it easy to let our kids play and crawl on the floors, etc. The amenities were great too. Since we were traveling with a toddler and baby, the kitchen sink was great for washing bottles, having a washer/dryer was such a relief, and the indoor patio was perfect in the mornings for coffee/reading before everyone else was awake. Covered parking right outside the condo made it easy to get in and out and bring in our luggage. First floor entry and there’s even a ramp to the front door of the condo that was double stroller-friendly! Plenty of towels, sheets, plates, really everything you could possibly need. Such a charming place, so thankful we stayed here! Highly recommend it!!

Outstanding Accomodations!

We chose this unit for our recent family getaway and were very pleased with both the cleanliness and the décor of the condo. It felt very homey and our family enjoyed all that it had to offer. The private beach access made spending our days at the beach with two young children seamless. It was FAR less crowded than the public beach. We arrived late and night and checked out early in the morning and both processes were very easy and accommodated our travel arrangements. We used both pools on property and were pleased that both offered their own unique experiences. We will be back next year!

perfect location!

My family and I stayed in this unit for the week. It was a perfect place for some much needed R&R...

We are 2 adults, and 2 children, 11 and 15. The space and layout of the condo could not have been more suitable!

The unit is located exactly 200 steps to the beach...

It is nicely furnished and was very comfortable for the entire family.

The garden room was a nice place for our teenager to escape and have some space for himself when we were in the condo.

We played tennis each day, the fitness center is not a fitness center, rather some equipment in the ladies bathroom. Instead we ran on the beach each day.

Having the option of beach or bayside pool was wonderful!

We did reserve a cabana for the week that was set up and taken down for us each day- that was invaluable.

We also reserved the tables for take-out dinner on the beach to watch the sunset a few nights- spectacular.

Our favorite restaurants included: The Cottage and The Hub for lunch and dinner. Another Broken Egg was delicious for breakfast, as was the French Crepe spot.

We would highly recommend this condo for a family vacation and Bridget was incredibly responsive with any questions that we had prior to our arrival.
