Unit 139 - ALL NEW EVERYTHING, July 2025! Be one of the first to enjoy our Hurricane Helene makeover. What hasn’t changed are the things you want most for an excellent beach vacation. This beautiful unit is Gulf-side, the closest Club unit to the beach, just steps to the sand with a roomy 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1300 square feet, ground floor, end unit. Centrally placed to all of our property’s amenities. Completely rebuilt from the subfloor up: new “hardwood look” porcelain tile throughout, new furnishings, lighting, mattresses, cabinets, appliances and a brand new, full-size washer & dryer in the unit - a rare find in our complex. This unit is decorated with a light and airy, luscious beach-y vibe and has a generous open floor plan to spread out in as it is the largest of the Club condos. Start with our all new fully equipped Kitchen that has everything you need and is open to the living areas, and adjacent to our Dining Area that seats six. You then move over to the extra large Living Room with a comfy leather sectional that makes you “almost” want to stay in and watch your show on the 60” Smart TV. Being a corner unit it has three extra side windows that provide loads of natural light. /The Master Bedroom: is ready to pamper you with an elegant feel, an all new King Size bedroom suit, 46” Smart TV, and generously spaced with a walk-in closet that houses the large stackable washer & dryer. The fully remodeled en-suite bathroom has an oversized walk-in tiled shower and furnished hair dryer. /The Guest Bedroom: has a sleeping spot for everyone else. Again, all new mattresses, one free standing Queen Size bed and a separate Bunk Bed setup to maximize, with a Full Size bed over a Full Size upper and a Twin Trundle…just in case! This room has a 32” Smart TV for your guest’s enjoyment. Just outside of the Guest Bedroom is the second bathroom, which too has been fully remodeled with a tile surround tub/shower combination and furnished hair dryer. Additional, is the cozy Lanai that runs across the back of the unit. This space is perfect for reading, relaxing and dining al fresco! This unit has it all for the discriminate traveler to the family who just needs a little bit more. A closet full of beach toys and a large cooler help to make this condo just the right spot to have your fun in the sun. Enjoy!

Amazing Getaway!

We had an amazing time at the Palm Bay Club. Such a beautiful place with tons of amenities and a close walk to the beach. I loved that we had our own private beach area as well.

Great vacation spot

I loved this condo! The pictures were spot on. The only small issue we had was with ants inside the condo on the floor, by the couch. Once we got them all, we were able to relax and enjoy the place. The weather wasn’t quite so great. We were able to get some sun on Saturday. We actually plan on coming back next year.

However, this past summer our stay was not as amazing as in past years. The unit w ewere in was a bit run down. There was a musty smell upon arrival. The complex in general did not look as well kept as in the past. I am happy that strict measures have been taken to keep people that are renting there out, but there were some loud people above us.

Better than Expected

This property was a pleasant surprise. Very clean and very comfortable. Conveniently close to the beach that rivals beaches in Hawaii and Mexico. First time Siesta Keys visitor but love the area and will definitely keep it high on our list of vacation places.

My recent visit I stayed in unit 139 which is the second time I have stayed in that unit it is very nice the location is great and it is well equipped. It’s just very comfortable and very convenient. My one criticism would be the mattress in the master bedroom is very firm. Everything else about it I love wish I owned it

Problem with sugar ants

Very nice apt, but sugar ants in kitchen and guest bath. Management just added more ants traps. They need to exterminate whole property.

I was impressed with the security and the office staff was very nice. I think the unit we had was just ok. It was kind of run down. I was Not impressed with the cleaning crew, there was dust on the vents and don't think the floor had been mopped weeks. So I cleaned the first day.

Annual Beach Staycation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th year coming to The Palm Bay Club. We really love this property and enjoy the amenities it has. It is very well maintained and we love the beach access. Overall, we were extremely happy with the property and staff. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. The issues we did have were promptly and seamlessly addressed. We chose this unit for the close proximity to the beach. I was not very impressed with the overall aesthetics of the unit. The kitchen did not have many amenities (pots/pans/cooking utensils). The items it did have were outdated and seemed like they were just left behind by previous guests. The refrigerator was cumbersome and did not have a lot of room. There was not much cabinet space for grocery storage either. The bathrooms need an upgrade as well. Some of the furniture was very worn and had cracks and chips. The staff did their best to address the issues but these issues need to be addressed by the owner. We would definitely stay at The Palm Bay Club again just not in this unit. Also, security has been enhanced since our last stay and we really appreciated how they are trying to keep non-guests off the property. I especially appreciated the young man at the beach assisting with canopies, carrying coolers and grabbing lounges for us. Great added convenience!! Overall, we had a great stay and we hope the issues listed above are addressed by the owner for the benefit of future guests.
