5 minute walk to beach

Great house for entertaining and families to spread out. Super close to the beach - less than a 5 minute walk to Moody Beach. Lots nearby as well like restaurants and other Wells and Ogunquit attractions.

Clean and Comfortable for a Relaxing Vacation

A very pleasurable stay in the clean, modern home that allowed us to enjoy the beach on a daily basis as well as the short trips to Ogunquit. Thanks again to Fred and Allison for a great family vacation!

Perfect location

Fred and Allison were very responsive and answered any and all questions we had. House was clean and in a cute neighborhood. Had friends staying on the beach a block away so we were able to access the beach from their property however the public access was also extremely close to the house. We had great weather but it was warm to sleep a few nights even with the fans that were provided. Overall a great property and great location. Moody beach is magical!

Great Beach Getaway!

My husband, parents and four boys were looking for a clean, spacious house close to the beach, and this house delivered! We were lucky to get a pretty cool week, but the few hot nights we had were manageable thanks to the big fans provided by the owners in every bedroom! It's an easy walk around the block to the nearest Public Way to the beach. Check in and communication with owners was a breeze. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing Beach Vacation

We had a great vacation stay at this house in Wells. It was a quick walk to Moody Beach. There was plenty of space for sleeping, eating and relaxing. The place was spotless when we arrived. It was a bit of a hassle to bring our own linens but probably wise given the pandemic. We had to bring our own TP, paper towels, and garbage bags which we ended up having to go out and get. Luckily everything is very close by. I would advise bringing extra fans. It did get a little warm and we needed them in all the bedrooms. Overall, it was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay on moody beach

The house is lovely and set up for a big family to stay comfortably. The beach is a stroll away. We enjoyed our stay and hope to go back next year.

Thank you for such a wonderful week! The property was perfect. House was spotless and had everything we needed!! We had a great beach week to top it off. Great house!!!

Great House!

We've stayed at this property twice now and each time has been perfect. The home is well appointed and exactly as described/pictured. It's a short walk to an excellent beach. The homeowners are very receptive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
