If guest desires pool heat:

For short-term stays, pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee of $150 per day. Guests who would like to heat only the spa may do so for $50 per day.

For long-term stays, if pool heating is requested, a $2,000 pool gas deposit will be required prior to arrival. Within 7 days of departure, the gas bill will be provided, and 80% of the total gas cost will be deducted from the deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the guest. Please note that the required deposit amount is subject to change based on current gas prices at the time of the stay, not at the time of booking.
