Gorgeous place with great proximity to Palm Springs restaurants and shops. The pool is fantastic and the house layout is perfect. Spacious house with an awesome pool!This house was fantastic and would stay here again. Spacious rooms, modern kitchen, and great hot tub and pool area. We spent a lot of time in the pool, even during the afternoon July heat and it kept us cool. We have stayed in Palm Springs before in the heat of the summer and the houses we have stayed in just couldn’t keep the house cool, especially at night when you want it most. This house cooled off quickly and stayed cool. The owners had great communication before and during the stay and explained everything you needed to know.Great place to stay!

The pool is what makes this place. Not only large, but with depths of varying levels, an oversized Baja shelf, swim up bar stools and nice shallow areas for young ones. The jacuzzi is large enough for kids to swim in. There are always sections of the pool that are shaded by hedges throughout the day, which is helpful given the intensity of the sun and the heat (we visited in early October). The house interior is quite sleek with a very large common room/kitchen and large bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. One bedroom is a casita-type situation for any guests needing additional privacy. This kitchen is one of the better kitchens we have seen with our VRBO selections but its age is showing--gas burners must be ignited with a handheld flame source and the dishwasher did not perform particularly well. We were very excited to see a pantry space to store our food and a generous sized refrigerator. Exactly 24 hours prior to check-in, the hosts send some helpful videos to orient you to pool/spa use, TV remote use, etc. This same text thread is used to communicate any questions or concerns during the stay. Host response was very prompt and always helpful. The neighborhood was quiet. We easily fit 2 SUVs in the garage and 2 more vehicles in the driveway. We had a lovely stay. Enjoy!

This was the perfect property for our 2 families of 4 to stay. The proximity of this house to downtown Palm Springs was perfect. We walked to Starbucks for our morning coffee easily each morning. The house was beautiful and kept very clean. The pool was the highlight though! We also accidentally locked ourselves out of the house, and were able to communicate with the property management team and we’re back inside the house in less than 20 minutes. This house will be at the top of our list of places to stay when we return to Palm Springs.

Perfect place for our family to gather for a week. We had 3 children and their spouses as well as a 2 month old and 2 year old grandchild. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The living area, kitchen and pool area were great spaces for a large group. The pool area was spectacular. It was a warm week and spent most of our time in and around the pool. We also utilized the close location to downtown Palm Springs for dinners and shopping. The hosts were very responsive to any questions or requests. Excellent!

Immaculate amazing property. The host was super friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect within a couple blocks of Palm Canyon Road and close to Uber to hikes beautiful pool and house plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We absolutely had a magical stay.

Our stay was great! The property is beautiful & clean and the proximity to Downtown Palm Springs was perfect! I'd highly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in a nice quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown. One thing I do have to say is that the pool deck area is extremely slippery when wet, so be mindful of that.

This home is perfect location, and the amenities and design are amazing! We were all so comfortable in the suites, all with their own bathrooms. We were able to walk into downtown for shopping and eating. Would love to stay again, BVR is the best!

Palm Springs Getaway

We booked this Palm Springs home for a 10 friend weekend getaway for a music event. The house was beautiful and just as advertised. Another Great Stay!

Beautiful modern house in the best location in Palm Springs! Walking distance to downtown and all the restaurants, shops, and bars. The pool and spa are the amazing. Love the palm tree in the middle of the pool and extended baja shelves for the kids to enjoy! Hector and Jesus are the most gracious host, we always stay at BVR houses for our Palm Springs getaways. Family Thanksgiving

A wonderful spot for our annual Thanksgiving gathering. Five ensuite bedrooms made it comfortable for all. The kitchen was well set up for holiday cooking and the location near downtown PS was perfect. We had the pool heated and the kids loved it! The hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!
