1,800 Sq.Ft pool that can easily compete with any Luxurious Resort hotel. The pool​ contains three tanning areas to lie down in the sun, or to enjoy with your little kids. Four waterfalls with four fire pit bowls for special evenings and nights. Very large spa for ten with two outdoor televisions to relax and watch your favorite shows and sports. Sunk in fire pit with a fabulous Glass to see through from the sunk in fire pit to the pool! Five stools to sit down and have your favorite dish or drinks at the bar area, all surrounded by the most exquisite pool tile.
The open floorplan gives way to the patio by a monumental pocket door of 25 feet which pockets entirely to freely connect your open floorplan with the outdoors.
Seven Sony 4k televisions in the house, including two 75 inch.
Five master bedrooms with onsite bathrooms with the best finishes to feel in complete luxury. Largest Master Bedroom contains a double shower. All hansgrower appliances on each bathroom.
The kitchen contains everything you need for great meals. All Miele appliances including a state of the art fridge that could be in any Michelin Star restaurant.
House is only three minutes' walk to downtown Palm Springs to all its wonderful restaurants and shopping.

Other Things to note:​No outdoor music allowed at any volume at any time of day (This includes any music, at any volume, on any device such as a cell phone) any indoor music keep it indoors.
If guest desires pool heat, there will be a $2000 pool gas deposit. Within 7 days of departure gas bill will be presented and 80% of the bill will be charged to the pool heat deposit. Deposit amount is subject to change depending on current gas prices at time of stay, not at time of booking.
If only spa is desired $50 per day.

Our stay was great! The property is beautiful & clean and the proximity to Downtown Palm Springs was perfect! I'd highly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in a nice quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown. One thing I do have to say is that the pool deck area is extremely slippery when wet, so be mindful of that.

Immaculate amazing property. The host was super friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect within a couple blocks of Palm Canyon Road and close to Uber to hikes beautiful pool and house plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We absolutely had a magical stay.

Beautiful home in great location

This home is perfect location, and the amenities and design are amazing! We were all so comfortable in the suites, all with their own bathrooms. We were able to walk into downtown for shopping and eating. Would love to stay again, BVR is the best!

The property is exactly as it is represented to be. A beautiful modern luxury rental. And the agents and owner are most helpful. We had a couple of issues but they responded immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and will return.

Palm Springs Getaway

We booked this Palm Springs home for a 10 friend weekend getaway for a music event. The house was beautiful and just as advertised. Hector, the property manager was very thorough and helpful the house was spotless, the pool was better than in the photos, everything worked. I highly recommend staying here

Another Great Stay!

Beautiful modern house in the best location in Palm Springs! Walking distance to downtown and all the restaurants, shops, and bars. The pool and spa are the amazing. Love the palm tree in the middle of the pool and extended baja shelves for the kids to enjoy! Hector and Jesus are the most gracious host, we always stay at BVR houses for our Palm Springs getaways. Thank you for opening up your beautiful property to us and allowing us to make wonderful family memories!

Wow, Perfection

This house is as close to perfect as we have seen or rented. Clean and well equipped. Gorgeous inside and out, the pool is amazing. Would rent again tomorrow.

Amazing property

The pictures do not do it justice! The pool area is amazing. The team was easy to reach and helped with any issues. We did have an issue with the blinds that was addressed in a matter of minutes. Communication was great. The property is a few blocks from the main downtown area. The pool was great. We elected to have it heated since it was chilly. There was a cost associated but it was clearly stated. Plenty of room for 8 adults.

Family Thanksgiving

A wonderful spot for our annual Thanksgiving gathering. Five ensuite bedrooms made it comfortable for all. The kitchen was well set up for holiday cooking and the location near downtown PS was perfect. We had the pool heated and the kids loved it! The hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

The house and pool were amazing, and the property management team was great to work with. However, the internet was a constant struggle, making it difficult to work and stream anything. Aside from the slow internet, the only other aspect that I would rate below average was the quality of the beds, bedding, and towels. Given the price, I expected those items to be of a higher quality.

Ladies Getaway

Totally terrific in every way. Gorgeous property, immaculate and spacious. Five bedrooms each with their own bath. As described in other reviews, the house is in a fabulous location. We walked to coffee, to lunch, to wonderful dinners and fun shops. The pool is as luxe as can be. Lots of space to relax both inside and out. Great home for a friends or family getaway.

Unbelievable Property

I can't say enough good things about this property. We were 2 families with younger kids and the pool couldn't be set up better for little swimmers and adults that just want to lounge. Plus the layout of the house gave everyone their own privacy. Hector was beyond responsive to work with, and an added bonus to this house is that it is a 3 minute walk to all of the dining and shopping you could want. Can't wait to get back here for another vacation.

Our family and friends had a great time in the beautiful pool and spa. There was a little trouble with the pool heater, which Hector fixed and monitored constantly. The kitchen was the best equipped one I have ever rented. The barbecue area and evening out door lighting are relaxing and over the top. We walked to shops and restaurants. We hope to return next year.

in general, everything was perfect! only one thing was strange for me, you can’t listen to music even during the day, even the TV should work quietly so that the neighbors don’t hear, we listened music on the back yard at 8 pm, the neighbors complained to the owner, and he called me and screamed so that we would immediately turn off the music, otherwise we would be kicked out

Bob’s 80th

The general consensus was that the Master bdrm could use a sitting area; the bedrooms and casitas - a stuffed chair or two. Other than the extremely low seating furniture in the main living area, the property was ideal for our needs: clean, comfortable, excellent amenities, ideal location, quiet neighborhood, very nice vacation rental. On a personal note, the property mgr Hector Ayala, has to be secure with you…be patient, he’s a nice guy! Just follow the rules and you’ll be fine.
