Location, location, location! This home is one street from Old Town Scottsdale. Walk everywhere...2 minute walk to the edge of Old Town Scottsdale and dozens of restaurants, bars, shops and galleries right at your fingertips. A 5 minute walk to 5th Ave. The Valley Ho Hotel is a block away and the perfect place for a night cap or patio dining and the Spa Services are also great. Walk to the Scottsdale Baseball Stadium, Upscale Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Scottsdale Waterfront, and Southbridge. One block to the Scottsdale Canal Path, perfect for running, walking, and biking. Alternatively, hop on the free year-round Scottsdale Trolley which travels throughout Old Town Scottsdale and the Civic Center. Short Drive to Camelback Mountain and Papago Buttes hiking, numerous golf courses, and Colorado Rockies & Arizona Diamondbacks Spring training Salt River Fields. Newly remodeled modern vibe comfortable single family home. Everything in the home is new and very nice!!! Beautiful views of Camelback mountain from the front private patio. Freshly landscaped home in a quiet neighborhood and only 5 minutes to all the action in and around Old Town.

Accommodates 7 guests. Cooks kitchen, 2 Separate entertainment areas with 55" 4K TVs. Dining area. 3 Bedrooms each with Tempurpedic mattresses, closets, and dressers. Master with king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and 55" 4K TV. Other 2 bedroom have comfortable queen beds and share bathroom with a tub/ shower. A very comfortable XL Twin roll away may be placed in the oversized guest bedroom or adjacent to the private laundry area. Laundry room has a front loading washer, dryer and clothes steamer.

We (a group of three friends) had a wonderful stay at this property. We all agreed that this was the most well appointed VRBO we had ever stayed in (kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms had hairdryers and make-up mirrors, etc). The host even left us a welcome basket with snacks and a bottle of wine!The location was perfect! It was a quick Uber or easy walk to Old Town and 5th Ave.

We really enjoyed staying here. The home is quiet, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen - much nicer than most rentals. Location is great - close to old down but away from the nighttime craziness. The immediate neighborhood (Southwest Village) is very pleasant. Hosts were super responsive and very friendly. Recommended without qualification!

We chose this property primarily because it's crazy close to everything. We walk everywhere and enjoy all of the casual and upscale amenities Old Town has to offer. The house is not only beautiful but very comfortable and offers entertainment and relaxation indoors or outside on the front or rear patios.

What makes this property unique

You can't get much closer to Old Town Scottsdale in our newly remodeled and beautifully appointed home located 1/4 of a mile or a 5 minute walk to the entrance of Old Town. A typical evening may include a casual walk (with maybe a quick stop at the ZuZu Bar at the Valley Ho), then on to Main Street where you will pass world class art galleries and cute shops on the way to casual or fine dining at an award winning restaurant followed by a night cap at one of the many trendy bars by Southbridge. Round off the evening with a leisurely walk back to the house via the Scottsdale Canal. Experience the upscale trendy Scottsdale Fashion Square during the day or take in a Spring Training Baseball game. Don't want to walk, bike or take an Uber? Hop on the 'Free' Scottsdale Trolley which will take you close to the house.
