Nice Place and Good Price

  • 4 of 5

The living room and kitchen area are nice and spacious and great for a group of 6. The unit was clean and the appliances we used worked fine. Nice view from the balcony. The reason I can not give a 5 on this review is the master bathroom is unusable if you are over 6'2". The shower and toilet area could not be more than 3' wide and I am guessing smaller than that.

The exhaust fan did not work and sounded horrible. The p-trap for the shower was holding water and did have a slight smell.

Condo is old, but trying to keep it up to date. Rules are not enforced even when strongly advertised

  • 2 of 5

The condo is old, well maintained, blankets were dirty, burner from stove did not work, missing cups, sleeper sofa will was broken or something that would not come all the way down, after we reported this they were nicely addressed.

Pool is advertised for this unit, but it is located at a great distance, not walking distance in the winter months, the pool is basically 2 blocks away, so thank you very much! parking lot is not sufficient, we were to have 2 spots assigned to our condo and could not even find space for 1 car, there is no ruling on who parks and how many cars per unit are parked.

Even when curfew is advertised, it is not enforced. Large dog barking all night long in one of the units, and our unit neighbors had pot parties 2 nights in a row, the noise and smells of the pot would not stop until about 2am, loud music & voices all night.

Owner's Response: We are sorry to see this guest did not have a better experience. We have taken care of the mentioned items for the condo. We would have been happy to help enforce quiet hours or refer this guest to a non-emergency line for assistance had we been notified of this particular problem.

Condo was nice, did a great job with minimum square footage.

  • 3 of 5

Walls and ceilings paper-paper-paper thin. If you want to hear your neighbors conversations then this is the place for you.

Great location

  • 5 of 5

The condo is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Great location for a ski vacation. Also close to great hiking trails and other outdoor activities.

Better than expected

  • 5 of 5

The location and local attractions were much better than ancitipated. Highly recommend to future guests! Directions to the building aren't clear to out of town people, but very easy to navigate the town once you settle in!
