Rare opportunity to vacation in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2 story oceanfront penthouse on the 19th and 20th floors of the desirable Horizons Condo on the ''World's Most Famous Beach.'' Spectacular views from the expansive balconies on both floors. The main floor features a spacious living room and dining area, large kitchen with plenty of work space with all glass doors open to ocean views. One bedroom with King and full bath complete the main level. Wrap around balconies provide some of the most amazing views around. Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms. One has 2 queens and a private bath and the master holds a Queen bed and private full baths. The Master Bedroom also hosts access to 2 large sundecks. On site amenities include exercise room, sauna, community room, oceanfront pool and barbecue area.

Everything you need is in this unit. We provide a stack-able washer and dryer, beach towels and chairs, bath towel, linens, fully stocked kitchen and cooking supplies, shampoo and soap dispensers for the bathrooms, soap for washer and dishwasher, high speed internet and the ocean view.

Additional $50 cleaning charge will apply for groups 7-8 (Total $250)

Additional $100 cleaning charge will apply for groups 9-12 (Total $300)

This is paid 100% to the hard working cleaners who also wash all towels, linens and condo inside and out

We do maintain a camera that monitors the front door only from inside the unit. If requested, you will be provided access information so that you may also log into camera at anytime during your stay. If you have any issue with this please let us know and we can work together to accommodate each other.

                                                            • All of us at unit 1901 want you have to the best time available, This is a Private Community and will be treated as such. People do live here year round and are not always on "Vacation" we appreciate keeping the noise levels down after 10pm and be aware you do have other neighbors. Any complaints by the police gives us the option to ask you to leave and forfeit any deposits and remaining days. Any person or persons found throwing anything off the building will be an immediate eviction forfeiting any remaining days and deposits.

                                                              We are 1/2 Mile from the new Hard Rock Hotel. Unit 1901 is the corner 2 Story Penthouse with Balconies and Sundecks that provide views from Orlando to Miami. Why pay hotel prices when you can have a luxury view and condo.
