LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! This is the absolute best location in Breckenridge. This condominium is one block from Main Street and really close to the River Walk Center for concerts and festivals! Shopping and dining are just steps from the residence. The FREE shuttle stops in front of the condominium to take you to the main lift or the NEW Gondola is about two blocks away. You can actually 'ski in' on the Four O'Clock run, at the end of the day, or for a quick lunch!You can literally park your car in the garage and leave it for the entire stay..everything is so convenient.
The condo is attractive and functional.. It has a fully equipped kitchen with seating for eight. The condominium has one king size bed, two queen-size beds and a queen-size sofa sleeper to easily sleep six to eight. The complex has a natural stream running through which lulls you to sleep at night during the warmer months. The balcony has both town and mountain views. There are flat screen T.V's in the family room and both bedrooms.
The community hot tubs are surrounded by glass, and look out to the beautifully maintained courtyard. The condominium has well-lit underground parking and an elevator very close to the unit, for easy unloading after a long day on the slopes. The entire outside of the complex recently renovated.

We have lived in Colorado nearly our whole lives. ALL of Colorado is beautiful but there is just something special about Summit County, especially Breckenridge! There is just something for everyone. Because we live close by, we are able to manage this property ourselves and keep a close eye on it. This also helps us keep the costs down, by not having to pay a management company.

Breckenridge is our favorite place to be, which is why we bought our vacation home there. The air is fresh and cool in the summer and the skiing and outdoor activities can't be beat in the winter! To us....it's paradise!

Comfortable, on bus route and 2 minutes to lifts, good hot tubs, clean and well-equipped.
Can't Wait to Come Back
The condo was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The location is outstanding. It's an easy walk to Main Street for restaurants and bars. It's also an easy walk to the gondola or the free bus stop immediately outside the condo. To cap it all off, Jodi was extremely responsive and easy to work with once I had her phone number and didn't have to go through VRBO.
Location, Spacious and just Perfect!
This place was everything my family and I needed for our ski trip. Skiing in on the 4 O'clock was ideal! Very short walk to local restaurants, shopping and pubs (literally 1 block over), you don't need your vehicle unless you are making a trip to City Market or just want to sight-see. The condo itself was more than I expected, it was spacious, comfortable and quiet as well. The fireplace was a nice treat for those long days on the slopes. Our host, Jodi, was easy to work with and helped us with all our questions. You can't go wrong with this condo. I will definitely be back.

Well maintained, clean and comfortable. Excellent location on the corner of Ski Hill and Park at the base of Four O'Clock Run. Unit was exactly as described. Owner provided good service. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the best locations in all of Breckenridge.
Location. Location. Location!
This building and specific unit were in the ideal location for skiers. A 50 foot walk to a bus to take you to one of many lifts and then the ability to ski RIGHT to the building at the end of the day was ideal and just what we were looking for! We could also walk right to town for shops and restaurants. We didn't need the rental car much and it was nice to have the covered parking. The condo had everything we needed for our stay including a huge TV above the fireplace. The unit was very clean and had a roomy ski locker right outside the unit. The owners were easy to work with and communicated in a timely manner to my questions and texts. The two large beds in the 2nd bedroom were a huge bonus for our "boys" who are 19 and 21. They loved not being in twin beds! This unit is well used and well loved and a little dated which is why I am giving it 4 rather than 5 stars but this wouldn't deter us from renting it again. It was perfect for the four of us and we had a wonderful stay. It was nice not to have to buy things like non stick spray and other random kitchen/condiment items. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could want to eat in the unit, which we did often. For a week long stay like ours it would have been nice to have starter/trial size shampoo and conditioner but then again I needed a toothbrush and there was one in a package in the bathroom cabinet...added bonus! I loved Sawmill and would come again. Thank you to the owners for providing us with a wonderful condo!

Additional information about rental rates
The damage deposit is refundable and will be returned, if the condo is left in good condition. Check-Out rules must be followed, including: disposing of all your trash, loading and running dishwasher and not leaving dirty dishes to be washed by cleaning crew. The average time required to clean the condo is two hours. Any cleaning that requires additional cleaning (dumping trash, washing dishes, etc), beyond the usual cleaning duties, will be assessed to your damage deposit.
