This condo underwent an extensive remodel in May 2024. Enjoy all the comforts of home in this fully furnished, modern, smoke-free condominium featuring:

Relish the view of the mountains from each of the two decks; one offering a Northern view of the slopes and the other a Western view.

Enjoy a good night's sleep on the queen-size bed in each bedroom. Additionally, the living room includes a Queen sleeper sofa with a new Memory Foam mattress.
During the winter, you can take a short 150-yard, 2-block, 8-minute walk to the Base 9 lift or catch the free shuttle that picks up in front of the complex.
Base 9 condos are located one block from historic Main Street in Breckenridge, putting you within walking distance of shopping, dining, nightlife, and entertainment. Take the free shuttle to all of Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, and the outlet malls, Dillon, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin. A free trolley circulates Main Street Breckenridge businesses for your convenience.
Enjoy five world-class ski areas—Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, and Vail—all within a one-hour drive. Additionally, Summit County offers five championship golf courses, as well as ample opportunities for hiking, rafting, biking trails, and fly-fishing.
For your safety and security, there are security cameras located on the exterior front and rear decks. These cameras are used to verify no issues accessing the condo and to ensure no pets per the rental agreement, providing safety and security for neighbors and future guests. These cameras are NOT constantly monitored.
Please, no pets or smoking in this unit or on the front and rear decks. If there is a need to smoke, please move away from the buildings so the smoke does not blow back into other condo units. Please be respectful of other owners and guests concerning secondhand smoke.

Like the majority of condos in the mountains, this unit does not have air conditioning as the nights are cool and the days rarely reach 75 deg.
A baby crib similar to a PACK & PLAY is available upon request. The crib is sanitized between each stay and kept in a secure, locked closet so you must reserve prior to your stay.

Thanks for visiting our web site. My wife Julie and I reside in Breckenridge. We have one son. We owned our own manufacturing business in Lee's Summit, Mo. but have recently retired.I grew up in Lee's Summit and my wife was born in Vermillion, KS, but moved often as her dad worked for the railroads.
Our son works as a programmer for a large tech company. Now he gets paid for what he previously was in trouble for at home when growing up!

Why they chose this property
We had looked at many units in Breck and choose this unit based upon the easy access to town and the mountains. You can walk practically everywhere.
We liked the two outside decks to give two different mountain views. Most owners at this complex do not rent out, so most of the time you have the place to your self.

This unit is large compared to other units we considered. Also the association does an excellent job of maintaining the outside appearance.
The bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the condo and provides for privacy.
The open kitchen/living room keeps everyone in the loop and no one misses out on the actions.
