Incredible Oceanfront Condo with Amazing View with 3 Beds\3 Baths

The Sedgefield is located on North Ocean Boulevard in North Myrtle Beach. Just a few steps to the sand and sea, not to mention a spectacular view from the oceanfront balcony. Ask anyone who has stayed on the oceanfront Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, and they will tell you it is one of the finest family beaches anywhere. The widest and most level beach on the Strand, away from the traffic and crowds of other Myrtle Beach areas, yet close to all that the Grand Strand has to offer.

Whether you enjoy dining, golfing, shopping, fishing, or just sitting on the balcony, feeling the ocean breezes and listening to the breaking waves, you will be planning your next Beach vacation before this one is over.

Relax and enjoy your vacation in our oceanfront, three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium. Our unit is located on the second floor of a five-floor condominium unit. An elevator is provided for access. The oceanfront outdoor pool with showers are located just outside of the elevator. The unit sleeps six people and is central heated and cooled.

We strive to bring you the perfect beach accommodations. Linens, towels, clothes washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Guests are greeted with a clean open unit with lots of hospitality for your vacation. The unit was recently renovated to include tile in the den and bathrooms, hardwood in the bedrooms, new linens in all three bedrooms and bathrooms. A new dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer were installed in Apr '10.

You will be sure that you have found the perfect vacation rental as you relax, enjoying the fantastic view. The den had a wonderful view of the ocean/beach area and A 42' HDTV.

The environment is child-friendly so relax and and enjoy Private
balcony - the oceanfront, private balcony provides a beautiful view of the beach. Chairs and table are provided for your relaxation.

The unit sleeps six. The master bedroom is Ocean-side and has a King-size bed with adjoining bathroom. A 27-inch HDTV with cable is located in the master bedroom. The bathroom has two sinks, large vanity area, and tub/shower. The second bedroom has hardwood with a queen-size bed and adjoining bathroom. A 23-inch HDTV with cable is located in the second bedroom. The bathroom includes sink/vanity area and tub/shower. The third bedroom has hardwood with twin beds, HDTV and private bathroom access from the hallway. The bathroom includes a sink/vanity area and walk-in shower.

Fabulous!

Had a very fun stay here! We liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom which was convenient for getting ready after a day at the beach! Short walk to the beach. Nice pool. Probably one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in. It was definitely a little more laid back in Cherry Grove which was something we really enjoyed! Would definitely recommend staying in this condo!

Perfect for families with children

We have four kiddos between 5 & 11years. The location was perfect because of the proximity to the beach and pool. We highly recommend going on the short 10 min walk to the far north end in the mornings! We set up shop down there most mornings from 9-12 because it’s basically like a giant tidal pool for the kids- so peaceful! The property was the cleanest property we have ever rented! Excellent communication and response!

Great Condo!

The condo was great, updates had been made since the pictures that are posted, which was a nice surprise. Everything was very clean, and we had plenty of room. The owner, Jim, was very nice and helpful. The parking lot is very tight when trying to park, thankfully we were not in and out a lot, but if you have a large SUV or truck, it could be tricky. Also, the sand dune you have to cross to get to the beach is very steep, would be so nice to have a boardwalk like the other condos in the area. Would recommend staying here, just be aware of the parking and dune. Thanks

Property was clean and comfortable. A previous reviewer had mentioned the AC not working, however it was more than sufficient for us. I would recommend a curtain panel across the front window behind the television. The way the chairs are situated, you can see the person staying in the next condo over, which is a bit unsettling. Also, a small table on the balcony would be nice to use to set drinks on while relaxing, however these things certainly didn't detract from the property. Would def stay here again.

Just ok

This property is an older condo. Master bed was comfortable. Twin beds, not so much. Kitchen has nice supplies. No blinds on the all glass front of condo made for a warm condo. AC froze up and we feel the owners blamed that on us, but maybe not, however, they locked the thermostat so it wouldn't go below 69. And 69 in the back hallway was not what the front Master bedroom and living room temps were so the rooms were warm and no ceiling fan in the Master. We really didnt appreciate being treated like children who had to have a lock on the AC. There was no airflow when we arrived on Saturday, so there is no way that turning the AC down to 68 caused the issue. The Master bath is outdated with mirrors everywhere and no towel holders. That got old having nowhere to lay them. The other thing that was concerning is the sand dune you have to go over. It wasn't a problem for us, but if you have lots of toys or stuff in a wagon it will be tough to push over the dune. It is very steep on both sides. If you have elderly people, it could be difficult for them as well. Not sure why this complex hasn't built steps over it like the other condos around have. Also, when it is high tide, there is NO beach!! We had to get down there early in the morning to set our chairs up or by the time high tide comes in, there is no place for you to sit. 100's of people have to cram into about a 10ft section from dune to high tide all along the beach to the pier. I am writing this not to be negative, except the AC part, that was not cool, but I am writing to help give tips if you choose to rent this condo. If I had to do it again, I would pick a different location with a wider beach at high tide and different dune situation. I love the closeness of the Condo to the beach it was a very close distance, but the dune is steep. No blinds on the front windows, and they are full ceiling to floor windows. Great view but no privacy and makes it hot! The property owner was quick to get the AC fixed, but it just never got cool enough.

Wonderful week

Easy to find, nice open stairwells and a wonderful elevator. Condo was three bedroom three bath and that was a surprise because we thought it was just two baths! Very clean, great views, great accommodations, everything we needed! Easy access to the beach and a wonderful pool to swim in!

Great Getaway
