I FELT LIKE I PAID EXTRA FOR THE POOL AND IT WAS NOT ABLE TO BE USED DUE TO CONDENSATION ISSUES EXPRESSED BY MANAGEMENT TEAM. STATED POOL COULD TEMP COULD NOT BE RAISED. ALSO THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE POOL ALARM WERE INCORRECT AND AFTER 30 MINUTES WAS ADVISED TO REMOVE THE BATTERY. I REQUESTED TO BE COMPENSATED FOR POOL USE INADEQUACY AND WHAT WAS OFFERED WAS MINISCUAL AMOUNT FOR WHAT I FEEL I PAID FOR HAVING THIS AMENITY. THE REFRIGERATOR IN POOL AREA WAS SET ON ITS END FOR SOME REASON AND I FELT LIKE IT WAS PROPABLY NOT USABLE EITHER. WE HAD OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE BOLT LOCK ON THE UPPER DEK DOOR AND REQUESTED A PHONE CALL FROM MAINTENANCE BEFORE ARRIVAL. I LOOK UP AND THERE IS THE MAINTENACE MAN STAIRING AT ME THOURGH THE FRONT DOOR WINDOW WHILE IM EATING BREAKFASTAND WAS UNAWARE OF WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. NO PHONE CALL OR ID. PRESENTED. AFTER REMOVING THE BOLT LOCK IT WAS NEVER REPLACED AND LEFT UNSECURED FOR THE REST OF THE TIME WE WERE THERE. I REQUESTED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGEMENT TEAM MULTIPLE TIMES THRU TEXT CONVERSATIONS ONLY AND DENIED THAT REQUEST. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR EDEN MANAGED PROPERIES TO ANYONE!
