This review is inaccurate and does not accurately describe the condo TV setup. There are four televisions in the condo and the only one without any service is the TV just off the dinning table, which is purposely set up for gaming consoles for the kids and or for DVD viewing purposes only. At the 1849 condominium complex every unit in the complex has it's cable subscription through the homeowners association, which allows for only one cable box and any other TV would then be connected via a straight cable connection to the TV for basic cable subscription only. So at this condo, the main TV in the living room has a cable box and it is located at the TV and allows for full cable access in addition to being a smart TV you can also enjoy Netflix and Amazon prime, etc. Further it is also is a smart cast television, which then allows you to broadcast from your smart phone and or your IPAD for any subscription that you have such as direct TV and or your cable provider through the smart case setting on the TV. I often use the smart cast feature for my direct TV subscription so that I can enjoy my local channels should I choose to do so. The back bedrooms are both Roku TV's(Not Rocky TV's) these are also smart televisions and again you can enjoy your own personal Netflix, Amazon, ESPN, showtime, etc, etc, etc all through your own subscriptions and or you can switch to the basic cable channels. However your better viewing options for the two Roku TV's in each bedroom would be to use your own cable subscriptions through each application as the applications will broadcast in HD and be a better viewing experience than through the basic cable service. Parking is indeed outside and just in front of the condo. So I find parking better at my unit and phase II buildings at the complex, as you can park right at the unit and load and unload your car with ease and not have to use the stairs on the main building to run up and down to unload and load all of your belongings. The complex also has its own snowplow and onsite management, so on snowy days the complex parking lot is continuously cleared so that everyone can come and go as needed. As for the instructions, please do make sure to read the instructions if you do rent this condo. The instructions are send for a reason, so that you can enjoy the condo to its fullest and understand how things operate at the condo and the 1849 complex as well. Yes, the main hallway heater did not work as it was broken from a previous guest that stayed in the condo, when one of their boards sheared the knob. However all other heaters are functional, one in each bedroom and the two in front of the condo. Those four heaters provide plenty of heat to heat the condo. The hall heater is scheduled to be fixed this week and hopefully the control knob will not be sheared or broken by a future guest. As for the dishes, they were cleaned and left in the dishwasher. This guest arrived on a day in which a guest checked out earlier in the day and the cleaning crew came in and cleaned and washed dishes and left the dishwasher full or running when they left. I will make sure to add note or let guest know that this may happen on same day guest check out and arrivals in the future. The onsite contact/manager was at the condo as requested the next day to go over the this as well as the heaters, so both items were addressed when brought to our attention. Lastly, to boldly state that the condo was dirty in the main headline is an overstatement, false and not representative at all of the condo's condition upon their arrival. Each closet is not full, but does have extra blankets and pillows for guest to use if necessary. The back bedroom has a small closet and the master bedroom has a full closet with plenty of hangers for storage and both closets have ample space for suitcases, boots and shoes.
