Courchevel #37 is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom bright sunny end unit with its own private 1 car garage. Parking for a second car is available outside with a permit. This moderately priced unit comes with free high speed wireless internet and is located 350 yards from the lifts at Canyon Lodge. The large open living area on the first floor above the garage includes the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The living room has a large L shaped couch, flat screen TV with Blueray player and a wood burning stove. Free firewood is in the garage. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances including microwave. The unit sleeps up to six people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a T.V., the second bedroom has two twins, and the living room has a queen size sleeper couch. Linens and cleaning are included. There is no extra cleaning fee. The Courchevel complex has an outdoor pool and BBQ area in the summer and two indoor hot tubs with coed sauna open year round. Great spot for ski trip
The condo is cozy and a short walk to Canyon Lodge. Perfect for getting the most out of your ski trip.
Clean and quiet. Very comfortable. The only thing was the master bed a
little hard. Would stay there again.
The area of the property was perfect for us and having a garage made it that much better! Not the cleanest or the newest of everything but I can't complain since it served our needs perfectly

Great property very roomy, The only downfall with the property it is a end unit with that being said the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom
faces the east and the sun pierces through the window and there is no window coverings on the upper window, it is a loft unit which means the master bedroom is open to all activities in the kitchen dining room and living room .....The bedroom television could be updated...., I would definitely recommend this property and I would gladly stay here again .......

Master bedroom is not enclosed, so very little privacy...we enjoyed the location.
Lots to love, a couple things keep from 5 stars
Great location easy walking distance to Canyon Lodge. It is the closest unit in the complex to the pool/hot tub area. Love the private 1 car garage access. End of building location also provides windows along east facing wall and lots of light comes through with views. Other units in complex not on end of building do not have this feature. Layout of unit is perfect for couple with 2 kids. Great value for the price. With all that said, and as others have commented, this unit is screaming for an update. Furniture and décor is dated and worn. Master king bed needs replacement. However, these criticisms would not keep me from looking to rent this unit again. 4 stars! Note to owner - please let me know if this unit ever goes up for sale!
World class skiing and snowboarding on Mammoth Mountain in winter. Endless summer fun with fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and almost any other outdoor activity. The Town of Mammoth Lakes has plenty of shopping venues and a wide range of restaurant choices.
