Other extras include a 2- car garage, endless hot water from the tankless water heater, 3 TVs with cable, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, abundant storage and access to local private pool and clubhouse.
Surrounded by luxury homes and watercraft, this location is one of the few fully furnished waterfront homes available to rent. We are 5 minutes from the world-famous Silver Strand Beach and provide full use of bicycles and also kayaks that you can launch from our own private dock. We are 5 miles from the City of Coronado and 4 miles to Imperial Beach; walk or bike to nearby Calypso Cafe or dine and play at the members-only Coronado Cays Yacht Club.
Thoughtfully remodeled in 2017, the Beach House features carefully chosen furnishings and decor. All the stone stone, granite and tile is calming and cooling. Furniture is beach-chic and extremely comfortable with total relaxation in mind.

The Beach House comes stocked with everything you need to enjoy the beautiful beaches including bicycles, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards and beach towels.

Walk or bike over to the Loews Resort Hotel rent a boat, then cruise back to your own private dock for refreshments or a relaxing lunch before getting back on the water. Be sure to enjoy all the wonderful amenities this neighboring seaside hotel has to offer including; gourmet and casual dining with expansive outdoor areas surrounded by warm fire tables. The Sea Spa at the Loews must not be missed with tropical body treatments that can be enjoyed indoors or outdoors. The marina at the Loews is a great spot to rent jet skis, sailboats and so much more.

Please note that owners may have their private watercraft parked at the dock at 82 Antigua. If you are bringing your own boat, please notify the owner in advance. We can find a nearby dock that can accommodate up to a 30 foot boat.
