The interior of this condo is spacious (approximately 1250 square ft) and new throughout. It is decorated in a comfortable, tropical style and updated frequently.
It is cleaned before and after each stay and prepared for each arrival with fresh linens, beach towels, and a set-up of packets of detergents, bath soaps, and paper products.
Bedroom #1 has King bed.
Bedroom #2 has Queen bed + Single bed.
Fully equipped with everything for a hassle-free stay. All top of the line appliances, including a Keurig coffeemaker as well as a Drip coffeemaker. There are board games, books, beach towels and a basket full of sand toys for children.
Rentals run Saturday to Saturday, one week or multi-weeks. Check in and out is easy with keyless entry code assigned prior to your stay. No off-site key pick up inconvenience.
Pointe Santo has on-site maintenance and friendly staff. It is popular year round for Singles, Couples, and Families.
A Welcome letter with facts about the Island, a list of restaurants with links to menus, bike rentals, highchair and crib rentals, sightseeing and shopping, as well as directions is included with every rental agreement.

Exceeded all expectations
Everything we needed to enjoy a week on Sanibel. Walk out to the beach or pool. Grills to cook dinner right off your screened porch. Tv in living room and both bedrooms. Beautiful kitchen. A washer and dryer makes all the difference for us when we stay away from home. Love that there is a dedicated parking spot so we were not hunting for one everyday. The location of the condo was near everywhere we wanted to be. Perfect stay.
This place was great and had everything we needed. It's a good location on the island and the complex (Point Santo) is lovely.
The owner is incredibly nice and responsive.
Beautiful Property/Condo and Pointe Santos
. The D-1 condo is very up to date, comfortable, and well furnished. It reflects the owner's dedication to providing her renters' a care-free vacation.
Pointe Santos is a beautifully located and immaculately maintained property. It is on the beach, very quiet, with easy access to all that Sanibel Island and Captiva have to offer.
Comfortable space with updated and fully equipped kitchen, walk out patio enclosure with beach items
The unit was pleasantly decorated and I particularly like the first floor entry access, providing easy access to pool and the beach. The unit kitchen makes you feel at home with all of the appliances and kitchen accessories, if you like to cook during your stay. The beds were comfortable and the living space cozy for watching tv. The unit included some beach chairs and toys, which was very nice. Our family enjoys the centralized island access of the Pointe Santo Condos.
Nice but needs updates.
We loved the location of the condo, you can barely see the beach from the porch.
It was scheduled maintenance time on the outside of the condos, so it was very noisy, since it was scheduled, I wish we would have known.
The washing machine is EXTREMELY loud, the dishwasher is loud too. We would only throw in a load of laundry when we were going to be away for a little while.
For the most part, the condo was good, it's very roomy, the kitchen has most every thing you'd need, it's just a little tired.
Beautiful condo, gorgeous location, best shelling.
We come to Sanibel every year and this is now our very favorite place to stay. The condo is lovely, just as beautiful as the photos and so perfectly located on the very best shelling beach. Amenities and grounds were beautiful. Being on the first floor made it so easy to come and go from the car and just walk out the patio and stroll on the beach. What made it even better was the wonderful owner Ellen. It was just our luck to arrive a few days before hurricane Irma hit and Ellen was so very helpful and supportive talking us through what to do and even helping us make plans if we needed to evacuate. Ellen was very graciously refunding the nights we weren't able to stay due to the storm and made us feel very safe and kept us informed always. You can't beat this spot, we love it and will be coming back every year.
Sanibel is a ten mile long, one mile wide barrier Island on the Gulf of Mexico, just off the coast of Fort Myers in Southwest Florida. Arthur Frommer has named it his personal favorite place to vacation. Step back in time to the way Florida was meant to be. There are no high rise buildings allowed. No buildings can be taller than the trees and are set back to keep the beach natural and tree lined. Much of the Island was set aside for wildlife and nature preservation. Yet, along Periwinkle Way, Sanibel's Main Street, there are countless restaurants, shops, bike rentals, two large supermarkets, and a CVS pharmacy. There are twenty four miles of bike paths covering the Island and you can walk for uninterrupted miles along the shell strewn, white sugar sand beach.

A $300 deposit per week Reservation/Damage Deposit is required to reserve and is returned after your stay. Rate plus Tax of 11% (6% Florida State and 5% Lee County Taxes) is your Payment to Owner. Cleaning, Linen service, Beach towels, Sand toys and Beach chairs are included. Owner does not charge any fees.
