El 'Retiro de la playa' mira hacia la bahía de Netarts y el Océano Pacífico. La casa tiene tres dormitorios y dos baños completos y es perfecta para sus vacaciones. Esta casa hecha a medida incluye una gran sala frente al mar con techos abovedados y pisos de madera noble en las áreas comunes, una espectacular cocina gourmet abierta con grandes encimeras de granito y gabinetes de nogal, un amplio comedor, una chimenea de piedra y amplias ventanas que dan a el océano Pacífico. Pregunte por la casa de al lado! Ideal para 2 familias o una reunión familiar!

Todas las habitaciones (para 8 personas) son espaciosas para que su estancia sea más relajada. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size, baño privado, un gran armario y vistas completas al océano y a la bahía. ¿Qué mejor manera de saludar el día? El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos juegos de literas. Ambas habitaciones de huéspedes tienen un montón de espacio de guardarropas también. Ambos baños completos tienen ducha y bañera, tocadores con encimeras de granito y más.

Puedes disfrutar de largos paseos por la playa tanto al norte como al sur. Hacia el sur, puede caminar hasta la ciudad de Netarts, el muelle para el lanzamiento del barco y el Schooner para el almuerzo o la cena. Hacia el norte, puede caminar hasta la ciudad de Oceanside para tomar un café en Brewing in the Wind, almorzar / cenar en Roseanna's o simplemente para disfrutar de la belleza. Este es un gran punto de lanzamiento para el circuito de conducción de Tres Capas, excursiones de un día al norte hasta la playa de Cannon o al sur hasta la ciudad de Lincoln. Golf y cata de vinos se encuentran a una hora en coche.

Mínimo de tres noches en junio. Alquiler semanal de sábado a sábado solo para julio / agosto. No se permiten mascotas. No hay estacionamiento para vehículos recreativos. Un montón de aparcamiento!

Absolutely stunning beach front home. Very nicely set up for privacy with each bedroom having its own bathroom plus an extra half bath! Well equipped kitchen with enough dishes and supplies for a whole family. Outside water spigots to keep the sand outside!! Lots of undercover area to keep out of the rain. We thankfully only had a few hours of rain but it was an awesome storm to watch while we stayed cozy by the fire. We really enjoyed comfy living room, huge dining table and games! Can’t think of a single negative thing about the house and surrounding area. We would LOVE to come back again.

Beach Bound and comfy

We thoroughly enjoyed our beach front stay. The house worked great for our clan.The entire space was clean, comfortable, spacious and peaceful.The check in and out process was supper easy with timely, responsive communication. Our hosts were friendly and accomodating.Our first trip to Oregon and it wasn’t be our last. Everything was fantastic.

Beautiful view on Netarts Bay

Probably the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. It was clean, fully stocked with kitchen supplies, plenty of starter supplies for bathrooms, laundry and kitchen. The beds and pillows were oh so comfortable! The view and the tides were indescribably beautiful!

This is the place for large family gatherings! Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, and three of the rooms have king beds. What a bonus! Beach access is right off the deck with unobstructed views of the bay from the entire back of the house. The kitchen was well stocked, and the laundry on site was a real plus, especially for us (multi-generational with little kids). We used the fire pit and yard area every day - an unexpected bonus. Also, the host was very responsive and helpful. We plan to bring our family back for another wonderful adventure here. Thank you for a great experience!

Fantastic property

My friends and I had a great time staying at your property. We were blessed with some amazing weather, gorgeous beachfront sunsets and starry evenings. The house was just as advertised and the property manager was prompt and helpful whenever we had a question. I’m sure we will be back.

Great Stay with our Extended Family

We rented this home for a holiday with our grown children and grandkids. We enjoyed our stay while experiencing a trifecta...great views; great weather; great location. We are already looking at our calendars to schedule another stay. The home design offered privacy between bedrooms, which was a treat. We had an issue with the dishwasher, but our texts were answered within a few minutes. Sarah in customer services was a real pro. Thank you!

While we never had a bad experience , this property should elevate your expectations going forward . - location / location / location - can’t be beat . Just outstanding right on the bay . The crab is plentiful and delicious. - property is “ spit & span” clean . Everything you need for cooking is on site . Charcoal too . - rented again for next year for two weeks . Hope that is a good reference. - The Schooner is great for lunch and dinner . Locsl Convenience store and grocery store an easy five file drive . Creating memories is what this property is all about .

We have been to many different places in many different towns and this is one of the only ones we would consider going back to. The layout is great, a bathroom for every room is amazing, the service was friendly, everything was extremely clean and responsive and we really loved everything about this stay. My only suggestions for improvement would be to get some new pillows. Every room could really benefit from some new pillows. Also a hot tub would be great. 😁

Great House

Beautiful house! Very clean! Right on the beach. Each of the five spacious bedrooms had their own bathroom. Wonderful open concept modern kitchen that was very well accessorized. The house is on piers so u do have to walk up quite a few stairs but once inside it’s all one level living. Great views of beach! Property manager was always a text away to help us with any questions.

Perfect beach location.

The house was a perfect layout with private bathrooms for every bedroom. Beautiful view of the ocean and bay, with quick access. So comfortable. Unfortunately, it’s a shared yard/fire pit area with the two neighbors, and those houses were rented out to a large, large group that was a bit loud. Not the fault of this location, just bad timing which is out of your control and the property managers control. I would stay here again though. Next night the new group of people were fine and considerate.

Also maybe add note about how to operate dishwasher--hard to know if it was set. Tech challenged retirees here😏

Beautiful Ocean Front Rental

I love this house in this spot. The house is nicely appointed for any kind of vacation rental. The location is spectacular. I might be a bit biased as my family has been coming to this area each May for about 49 years, (Seriously...this area was a camp ground when we first started coming here) but it will not disappoint. I promise. This house is lovely. Nicely appointed for up to 8 people. Right on the beach. It has a great yard, with a fire pit, and room under the house for gatherings (we usually have a potluck with a lot of friends and family that come on the same weekend.) I think this is about the 4th time we have rented this house, and we are never disappointed in anything. Thank you so much for sharing such a lovely space.
