The Lucky W "Ranch" is just 10 minutes to downtown and 7 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and it is adjacent to our own working Lucky W Farm where we have horses, chickens and bees. It is situated on a very private lot, and has super-easy access to the main roads of the Beaverdam Valley and Asheville. Lucky W "Ranch" is one of the few completely legal "entire" homes available this close to town!Lucky W "Ranch" is a classic 1965 ranch house. It has approximately 1,800 sq.ft. of newly remodeled and upgraded living space. The house has four bedrooms with a California King, two Queens and two Twin-sized beds. It has a generous, fully stocked contemporary kitchen, The decor is a funky, cozy mix of new and old. It has wi-fi and a 55" smart/apple TV for Netflix, etc. We will provide all linens and coffee.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Hi. We have a small farm adjacent to the Lucky W "Ranch" House where we raise horses, chickens and bees. We are architects by education and farmers by desire. We came to Asheville in 2000 and have seen tremendous changes. Now we want to share our slice of heaven with you.

What makes this property unique

This home is completely legal stand-alone vacation rental. It is just outside the city limit but very convenient to all Asheville offers. The property is private and quiet.
