Modern Cottage tucked into 2 acres with a bordering stream and surrounded by trees in the heart of Asheville. Hideout or hangout in this idyllic setting with a full garage, relaxing front deck and fire pit, perfect for sharing stories. Modern updates make it easy to enjoy that great bike ride up to the Blue Ridge Parkway or work from home with high speed internet and built in office nook. The completely renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath is a 5 minute drive to groceries, take-out and 10 minutes to the French Broad River.

This beautiful home was the perfect place for our trip. It was quiet and wooded, and yet we were just a few minutes from all we wanted to do. The house was very clean and well equipped. It was everything we hoped for when we booked it. Amy was a great host! I highly recommend.

The home was exactly as presented on the VRBO site. It was a perfect location for all we wanted to see and do. The property was very clean and well set up for us to enjoy. Beautiful home in a nice area with plenty of thoughtful little touches. Had everything we needed for our anniversary trip. Just a short drive into the heart of Asheville and Biltmore. We enjoyed the family of wild turkeys that passed through. We can’t wait to stay in this beautiful home again soon.

Weekend Getaway

The property was exactly what we were looking for! Close enough to downtown but far enough away to have privacy. This is a perfect getaway cottage for anyone who wants the best of both worlds city and country. The property manager is great and i will definitely be staying there again!

We just stayed in Asheville for a weekend and had a great time! The house fit our family of 5 very comfortably, the location was excellent and the host was very thoughtful. The house was very clean, kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, water filter etc. The beds were very comfortable. There is an Ingles very close by and downtown Asheville is a quick drive away. We went to Asheville Pizza and Brewing twice which is very close to the house. The wings are awesome. Great house, great city and wonderful location!!

Quaint cottage getaway

We enjoyed the little cottage. It had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, board games & TV for entertainment, etc.. This is a very private place but also close to restaurants, etc. as well. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Asheville.

This house was a a Covid project for me. My work had stalled and I live just minutes from this place. When we found it we knew it could be special because of the privacy and amount of land. But we were lucky to get sweet neighbors and so much wildlife it’s like a park over here!

The country setting just minutes from town is pretty sweet. The house is tranquil but not stodgy. The bears and turkeys and deer are always delights to witness from the window.
