Escape to the Florida Keys!
Charming Keys Home located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the bay side. The house is on the 2nd floor with a large breeze balcony, great space to relax. Large fenced yard for sunbathing or for kids to run and play. Walking distance to private homeowner's park with access to the bay, dock and free boat ramp. Close to restaurants, shopping center, major hospital, beaches, parks and water sport activities. Perfectly located between Key Largo and Islamorada.
You have access to the entire house on the second floor and to the private homeowner's park which includes a boat ramp, dock, a beach area for relaxing (too shallow for swimming), and parking. You can drive or have a relaxing 1 minute walk. Make yourself at home.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood centrally located in Key Largo. Near Publix, Winn Dixie, Kmart, Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's as well as many local restaurants. Some of our favorite restaurants include The Fish House, Snapper's, Snook's Bayside, Marker 88. Places to visit include John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park featuring glass-bottom boats, snorkel, cayak rentals, Harry Harris Park, and Theater of the Sea.
