Walk to restaurants, cook in kitchen or grill downstairs. with only 4 units in the building the guests have half an acre of waterfront entertainment (boat slip, kayaks, bikes, hammock and pool). 32ft dock slip and trailer parking are included in the rental. Relaxing balcony that looks down the ocean canal is the perfect place to have your morning coffee. Conveniently located near Sandbars, State Parks and many attractions.

We loved our stay. We arrived a bit early and the property owner was kind enough to let us use the pool while we waiting for our check-in time. The property owner was extremely helpful with providing eating and entertainment ideas for us in advance of arriving. The complex was perfect with only three other units so sharing the common amenities was not an issue. We wanted to kayak but decided not to, as the boats were intimidating and we are inexperienced. It was a nice option to have, however we decided to stay in the pool. I will definitely stay here again if visiting the Key Largo area. Perfect for a family who wants some space while having the feel of home.

Loved staying here with a short walk to many restaurants. Great view of the canal and beautiful sunrises. This place was clean and beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay here again

Peaceful vacation spot

We had a wonderful time at the property. The condo is clean and had everything we needed. We used the bikes and the kayaks. We were able to kayak to the Island Dolphin Care non profit nearby which was a big highlight of the trip. Overall would recommend to family and friends!

Great Stay

Stayed here as part of holiday with my wife. The property was clean and well equipped. It was in a quiet location and we really enjoyed having our own space. Host has folder with plenty of information to get you started with local area. I'd definitely recommend a stay here.

Great stay!

We had an amazing stay. The place was clean and roomy. We used the boat slip and had zero problems getting in and out. The channel is deep enough even in low tide. There was an ice maker and bait freezer you could use. I'm coming back here next time!

We loved being a quick stroll from two delicious restaurants. In addition we road our bikes to the state park each day. The accommodations were lovely and very quiet. Would highly recommend.

Spring Break

We stayed here for 2 days during our spring break trip to the keys. We had 5 teenagers and the place was perfect. We had plenty of space and the condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. The boys loved the pool and played football in the spacious common area outside. I would recommend this place for families.

This unit is owned by a Father and his son and daughter. This family has been coming to this same building for the past 20 years and they purchased this property to share it with others.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This condo is located in a building with only 4 units. The downstairs shared spaces are so nice for entertaining family. Since the unit is located at the end of the canal there is a wonderful breeze that you feel in the balcony as well as the downstairs dining tables. The pool is heated and the condo comes with a dock slip so you could bring your boat.
