Dream Come True è un delizioso cottage recentemente ristrutturato per ospitare 8 ospiti con 3 bagni completi, 2 al piano di sotto e 1 al piano superiore. Questo cottage si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e a un isolato dal centro della città di Seaside.

Il primo livello ha un soggiorno aperto / sala da pranzo con tavolo per sei e un bar per la colazione che può ospitare 4. Il soggiorno ha porte francesi che si aprono su un grande ponte. La cucina è luminosa con molta luce naturale mattutina e pomeridiana. C'è un portico privato schermato con un'altalena e un tavolo per due. Una sala da bagno completa è stata aggiunta al piano di sotto per gli ospiti e il re padrone ora ha il proprio bagno privato con doppio lavabo.

Al secondo livello, la camera da letto doppia e la regina condividono un bagno adiacente completo che è stato anche completamente rinnovato. La camera da letto della regina ha una piattaforma privata che funge da fuga pacifica. C'è un soppalco con un letto a rotelle che dorme due sopra la cucina che si affaccia sul soggiorno. Il loft è un ottimo secondo spazio per rilassarsi. La porta esterna nel loft fornisce l'accesso a un ponte e una torre ammobiliati all'aperto. La casa dispone di cavo e di accesso wireless a Internet, (2) TV a schermo piatto da 42 "e due ulteriori TV in casa per l'intrattenimento. C'è anche una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice in casa.

Fantastic first visit to Seaside FL

IT's a fantastic town and we loved the property - very well maintained and nicely furnished, spotlessly clean, excellent location on a quiet street but just a few yards from the beach and from shops and restaurants. Management company very proactive on communication and super responsive on any questions we had.

My family came for the week of spring break. The location was great — so close to both Seaside shopping and restaurants and the beach. The property was clean and well accommodated. Would love to stay there again!

Great Place.

The location was perfect! The furniture needs replaced- and rugs were stained- but overall was good. The house was clean and linens were fresh. Beds were comfortable. We will stay at location again in future.

Perfect for families

Great location that is a couple of blocks from the shops in Seaside and a hundred yards or so from the beach. Lots of porches to enjoy and ample parking for several cars. Quiet street yet so close to the restaurants and bars that are within a short walking distance. I highly recommend this property for families with children who will be going back and forth to the beach and town multiple times a day. Fun time!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 7 people stay in August and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable and the house is close to the beach, pool and green space. The hose and shower outside were convenient as well for getting all the sand off before heading inside. Loved the screened in porch and porch swing too. I will say the sofas all need replacing but they were good enough for us.

The main room is quite "cozy" (fairly small to navigate around the furniture) but the furniture is comfortable and we enjoyed it. The owners made good choices - great hooks for hanging towels, beach bags, plenty of places on the porch to store things so not in the way inside. The swing on the front porch got a lot of use. It is a very convenient house for getting to the beach. Just 3 houses in from 30A and the W. Ruskin pavilion.

It’s situated one block from town center and just a few houses from 30A and the beach. The home was more than big enough for us, and we appreciated having 3 bathrooms. It’s a little dated, but it’s certainly sufficient for a beach house. The living room couch may be missed some cushions because there was always a gap between the 2 that were there. Any criticisms are minor. This property is lovely, and we would stay there again in an instant.

An inventory needs to be done on kitchen equipment- not enough pots and pans to fix bacon and eggs, etc. Spend $200 for a new set. When one flies in for a week stay, you should provide more than 2 days of dishwasher soap, laundry- for the price of the house rental, ridiculous we have to buy at the store and then leave behind. Did not like the surprise bug visitors in the kitchen, bath and bedroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was Plan B after our original rental was cancelled on the day of our arrival (by another Managment company). We were so fortunate this became available during our stay. Home was very convenient to action in Seaside, yet far enough to be quiet. Close walk to the beach and equipped with outside water source to wash feet before going inside. Home was very clean and had ample storage for our things. House had all the equipment we needed. Layout is good for the space and we were able to have friends over comfortably. Only negative comment is that I didn’t think the washer cleaned clothes very well. Had to rewatch upon return home.

Great Little Beach House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros:- Excellent location!! Steps to the beach and the town center. Short walk to pools/tennis/playground. No need to drive, you can walk anywhere.- It is on the smaller side but there are ample areas to hang out. My kids loved playing in the loft area and sitting on the porch.- Puzzles and books to use while you stay. Lots of sleeping areas.- Quiet street with privacy and parking space.- Bright, well decorated! There is a lot squeezed in this cute home.Cons: -Very sparse in terms of kitchen items or anything extra (limited silverware, one hot pad, a handful of hangers). Coffee maker was cheap and wouldn't work the last day. - Condition of the outdoor furniture on the main uncovered deck was mostly unusable (very worn wood set).- Furniture seemed crowded and left little room for movement or personal belongings.- Ample seating for 6 to eat but chairs were too tall compared to table. Not so comfy!

The common area downstairs is small, so if your whole group likes to hang together in one room, you will be cramped with more than 4-5 there. But we usually had several people in our group who went up to the loft if we were all inside. It worked for us, but definitely something to consider - especially if you have more than 6. But otherwise, it was great. 6 adults, all of whom showered when we came back from the beach, and we never ran out of hot water. The service from Homeowners Collection was great. We used them for stocking our groceries, bringing us a few missing amenities, and receiving delivery of some floats and things before we arrived. A+ all round. They texted regularly, and responded promptly to anything we sent. A great week.

A diamond in the rough

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and enjoyed our stay in this rental property, close walk to the beach, access, and restaurants. The only issue we had was with the condition of the home there are many things that need to be addressed, starting with the rinse off station in the back of the house it’s in operable. The porch swing in front has very weak links that are bent, the front door does not close very securely due to loose hardware. The television Roku remotes are not very responsive. Lots of spiders in the house, dusty areas the side door has a nice gap in it for critters to come in. The master bedroom Air conditioning vent blows right on you and has little to no adjustments and the bathroom, shower door squeaks very loudly and has very low water pressure in the showerhead, the microwave in the kitchen is not in an ideal spot and needs to be updated kitchen lights did not work, master bathroom lights are very dim. The rug in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable to walk on.

Dream Come True Wonderful week with family

We were a few houses from 30A which is a perfect location and we easily walked to everything. The lay out was great for 2 couples for time together but with our own areas. We would rent here again.

I took my 2 daughters for an end of school beach trip (my friend came to join us). The house is definitely in a great location. It did rain our whole stay and the water was closed for 2 of the 3 days we were there. But we did have a wonderful time going to the shops, playing games, and watching movies. Would stay here again for the great location !

Great home

Reviewer Comments: We loved the houseThere are only LITTLE things that need attentionThe bathroom plugs in the master were not working so the after hours folks walked me through finding the proper GFI reset!The ceiling light in the bath upstairs was hanging wires with no bulb or fixtureThe front door code locked us out a couple of times but they answered right away to send us a new codeThe ceiling fans in the bedrooms do not have switches to turn them off so we worked to get a chain in the one that didn’t have one so we could adjust the wind over our heads. They helped us the next day!The HOT water on the outdoor shower was SO amazing to have on the chilly windy days right after being on the beach! Loves thatWe noticed when we started unloading our groceries when we moved the coffee pot that there were lots of crumbs under it so it wasn’t completely spotless-but that was the only cleanliness issue we noticed. Overall it’s a great house and we recommend it!The property managers we very very helpful and responsive!
