Vacation in this unique 3 story townhouse located on Little Sabine Bay, steps from the Gulf of Mexico.

The 1st level is a causal sunroom and dining area. The 2nd floor boasts a lovely living and dining room, galley kitchen with granite counters, a large family room and balcony with wonderful panoramic views of Little Sabine Bay. The bedrooms on the 3rd floor include a private master suite with small balcony overlooking the bay, queen bed and bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have twin beds, views of the Gulf of Mexico and share a bathroom/tub. New washer/dryer. The unit is 2,000 Sq. Ft. and sleeps 6. Covered parking for 2 vehicles..

Please be mindful of the neighbors and keep quiet hours between 11:00 PM until 8:00 AM NO SMOKING IN HOUSE OR ON BALCONY
Please DO NOT use the refrigerator for storing fish, shrimp or bait. Any residual odor will result in forfeit of the damage deposit.
All food must be disposed of from cabinets, refrigerator/freezer and trash emptied.

We stayed in this complex before and were familiar with the location. Our family was 3 adults and 3 young teen boys, and additional family members were staying across the street. The boys LOVED the dock and spent a lot of time on the bayside, even though the rest of their family was on the ocean side. The unit was furnished very nicely and outfitted with almost anything you would need, just 2 beach towels, so bring extra. Plenty of little extras like toiletries and first aid supplies. We utilized the downstairs sunroom(?) often for dinners and a good place just to relax when you wanted out of the sun but didn't want to fully be indoors.

Perfect Spot

Treehouse is wonderful! Right on Sabine Bay, and right across from the Gulf of Mexico, it is an ideal place. Clean as a whistle, with all essentials to make your stay pleasant. After my first stay, I immediately booked again!

Another Great Visit!

We came back again for the second year in a row and it didn’t disappoint! Such a great condo in the perfect spot. Just far enough away so it’s not too busy but close enough to downtown Pensacola Beach that we could walk! The condo was clean and updated. The back pier was the boys favorite place, just like last year lol. Thank you again for a great place to lay our head while we were visiting!

Perfect for family

We enjoyed being on the bay and the fact that we could park our boat there. We had other family staying nearby that enjoyed the green area to play in and the dining areas to be able to eat dinner as a family. The manager was very helpful when we spoke with her about questions.

Peaceful location

Nice condo with easy access to ocean. Nice quiet location. Condo has been updated and is cute. My only complaints are that the master bedroom bed was too firm for my taste. Also I had planned on using the coffee maker but when I got it out of the cabinet, the basket had an old moldy filter in it and the basket was covered in mold. I scrubbed it and ran it through the dishwasher and it was fine, but wished I had known that so I could have had my coffee as planned the first morning without all that extra work. Also the fridge had a little bit of smell to it ( kinda fishy). Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely go back.

2020 Vacation

This was our 2nd time staying in the house and when we go back we will see if it is available again. We love the area and it is easy beach access and the beach is not over crowded and pretty right there. The house has everything you need and it is easy to get to places from the location. Would recommend to anyone.

Such a Great Trip!

This was our third trip to Pensacola Beach and one of the best! The townhouse was very clean and just as described in the listing. The location was perfect with a private pier for fishing, beach directly across the street and all the dining and shops about a mile away. Thank again for such a great trip!

Wonderful location and home!

We had a great time at the beach and the location was just perfect. If you want the sandy beach experience, the walking path is directly across the street. If you want the dock experience, you need only walk out back. The home was perfect to relax in and cook when winding down. Hope to stay again!

Great stay! Fun time had by out whole family!

Loved this home away from home! This is a cute little property just across the road from a boardwalk that leads right to the beach. The home had all of the amenities needed for our stay and the owner was super great at replying to any questions that we had. We are a family of 5 having 3 daughters and two of our daughters brought friends with them and the home worked out perfect. I would recommend this home to anyone! Thank you for letting us stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Perry’s Beach!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Perry’s Beach on Little Sabine. We were able to dock our boat right outside on a lit dock , in clear view from our bedroom window. The location was perfect , with beach access directly across the street and a trolley stop only yards away from the entrance. We had great communication with Ms Jackie and we felt at home the entire time. We look forward to staying again!
