Welcome to Homestead on Collados — Your Peaceful Retreat in San Luis Obispo

Set in one of San Luis Obispo’s most peaceful neighborhoods, our home is a bright, inviting home perfectly positioned for relaxation and exploration. Directly across the street, a quiet pocket park borders miles of open space, offering beautiful Bishop Peak views right from the front patio and windows. Sip your morning coffee while watching the sun light up the hillside, or unwind outdoors as the sky turns gold in the evenings.

Our street is wonderfully calm, with very little traffic — a great place for kids to safely roam, play, and explore. The fenced backyard offers an outdoor dining area ideal for family meals, barbecues, or simply enjoying the coastal air. The semi-fenced front patio provides another peaceful spot to lounge with a book, a conversation, or a glass of wine.

Inside the Home
Homestead on Collados is 3 bedrooms + an open loft and 3 full bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged to comfortably accommodate families and groups.

Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with full en-suite bathroom (tub/shower combo)

Upstairs Loft: A spacious, open-concept retreat with a king bed and private full bathroom (shower). Please note the loft has no door but offers excellent space and privacy otherwise.

Two Additional Bedrooms: Each with a full-size bed—cozy, calm, and perfect for kids or additional guests.

Floors: Hardwood throughout the home, lending charm and warmth (and a little shared sound, as wood floors do).

~1 mile to Irish Hills Open Space (miles of stunning hiking and biking trails)

~1 mile to a local coffee shop, grocery store, restaurants, and more

~4 miles to Cal Poly

Walkable to a middle school with a dirt running track, soccer/football fields, basketball, baseball, tennis, and handball courts

Comfort & Climate
As with most SLO homes, ours does not have air conditioning, but our coastal climate stays moderate most of the year. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and, during warmer months, we provide a fan and small air conditioning unit in the loft upstairs to keep spaces comfortable.

A Note About Noise
San Luis Obispo has a very strict noise ordinance. This home is best suited for guests seeking a peaceful stay rather than loud gatherings, outdoor music, or parties. Our neighborhood is genuinely lovely — thank you for helping us keep it that way.
