"KendallBrooke" - A North Conway Village home, recently renovated with modern charm throughout. Located in the heart of the White Mountain Region in downtown North Conway Village. This is exactly where you and your family want to be for your next vacation!

This is a 4 bedroom home, with 1.5 baths and will accommodate 10 people comfortable. Ideally, the home is suited for 2 families with children who are comfortable sleeping in bunk beds.

When you arrive at KendallBrooke you will first notice the beautiful wrap around farmer’s porch. There are four rocking chairs, two Adirondack chairs and a wrought iron couch to enjoy. As you enter you have two entrances to use. The first entrance will bring you into our home from the front of the house. The second is on the side of the wrap around porch which will bring you to the mudroom, this door has a keyless entry Schlage lock. This area offers a bench and many hooks for hanging up jackets, towels, outdoor gear, etc. The main living area of the house has a dining room table that seats 12 for quality family meals and game time. The family room has two large sofas to enjoy the beautiful gas fireplace with a flat screen SMART TV with free internet. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances to provide you all the comforts of home along with an island that seats 4 people. The kitchen is completely outfitted to cook all meals at the house. There is also a half bath off the main living area. The back deck/porch is located off of the kitchen which is perfect to enjoy the White Mountain fresh air all times of the day. Here, you will find an outside dining table that seats 12 and a large gas grill perfect for bbq'ing family meals. The deck has an 8 person hot tub! For evenings, there is a nice fire pit with an authentic ski chair to sit in while enjoying your mountain evening.

All of the bedrooms and the full bathroom are located on the second level. Two of the bedrooms have King beds, the third has two twin bunk beds and the fourth has a twin bunk bed. All of the bedrooms offer plenty of space. All rooms offer a dresser to store your clothes in. The bathroom offers a double bowl sink and a full size shower/tub.

This home is centrally located and offers a safe seven minute sidewalk stroll to the center of North Conway Village or a 60 second car ride to Cranmore Mountain Resort.

In the winter, the outdoor furniture on the wraparound deck, backporch and firepit have been put away due to winter weather. The firepit is not shoveled out to use. The driveway is plowed, but you will need to shovel the front step if it snows.

Enjoy all that this home's location has to offer: restaurants, shopping, The Conway Scenic Railroad, kids playground, New England Ski Museum, Mount Washington Weather Observatory Center (great for kids), hiking/walking trails, North Conway Country Club (golfing), Mountain Biking, Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park and so much more! Story Land, The Saco River, Attitash, Wildcat, Bretton Woods and Mount Washington, are all just a short drive away!

Great North Conway Location

This is a charming, well maintained house in walkable distance to downtown North Conway. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable with lots of room for a big group. The owners were very communicative when we had a question and went above and beyond to fix the hot tub when there was a problem. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

Great girls getaway

Great house comfortable beds amazing kitchen. The hot tub was perfect! Our only complaint was about the neighbor who was yelling at one of our friends as she unloaded her baby and the stroller from her car. Parking is a bit tough but the place is perfect we will be booking this again for next year!

Wonderful home for a large family in North Conway

My family and I really enjoy our stay at this home. There was plenty of room for my husband and I, 4 teens and our ten year old. The upstairs started out s but warm on the first night but cooled down pretty early into the night.

Great stay at KendallBrook in North Conway!

This house was exactly what I was hoping and more! We traveled to North Conway with our 3 young children where we planned to visit Story Land, Santa’s Village, and enjoy the beauty of the North Country. KendallBrook is close to all of these area attractions and more. The proximity to downtown and restaurants was so great, and coming back to this beautiful home after a busy day was so wonderful. This was a great way to wrap up our summer! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We rented the house for the weekend with 7 adults and 2 children - we were so impressed with how beautiful and clean the house was, how the owners thought of every little detail, and the very clear communication from Kristin. I felt like I knew the house and its rules inside and out before I got there, which is great for a planner like me. We loved the cozy living room fire place, and really enjoyed the fire pit out back as well as the hot tub. The location was super convenient to town and to attractions (we went to bring my son and nephew to Story Land). I wish we could have stayed longer, and hope to rent this property again in the future!

Fantastic property!

This was our 3rd time renting this home for our girls getaway. This feels like home - so cozy, clean and cute. Everything is updated and has everything you need. Location is perfect. Short drive anywhere and if not too cold out, the walk to town is short and easy. We hope to do this trip again next year!

Perfect Family Trip

We were a group of 10– 4 adults and 6 kids— and it was perfect for us. We liked that the bedrooms were all on the same floor and there were bunk beds for all the kids. An unexpected bonus was sitting on the porch while it downpoured one night. The hot tub and fire pit were fun for everyone too! And the kids had a cute movie night all cozy on the floor and couch. We would love to return to this convenient and fully stocked home.

Girls weekend 2020

This was literally the cleanest and nicest VRBO we have stayed in! Six of us stayed the weekend For our annual girls trip, and enjoyed chatting around the island in the kitchen, getting cozy in the living room watching shows, and soaking in the hot tub! The location is perfect and close to everything in downtown North Conway, check-in was easy and Kristin the owner was extremely responsive and friendly helping me with a minor connection issue when We arrived (due to the windstorm the area had gotten the week before). We were fortunate to have a November weekend in the 70s so we ate breakfast on the deck one morning too. There is no shortage of seating inside or out of this house! Since we had more than three vehicles we did leave one car at the public parking lot for the weekend, but it was right down the street and free, so it was no problem at all. We all unanimously agreed that we want to book the house again next fall for our annual trip. Can’t wait we loved it!!

Flawless house

Everything is nice here—clean, comfortable, thoughtfully furnished. I have never seen such an organized, well-stocked kitchen in a VRBO house. The hot tub is a gem, delightfully located on the back porch beneath overhanging trees. The location is great, too. Walking distance from town. A short drive to Echo Lake, Diana's Baths, and a kayak trip on the Saco River.
