About the property

House, 4 Bedrooms + Futon, 3.5 Baths -- NO PETS

NOTE: Rates for Holidays, Boat Shows and Commissioning Week on request.

This lovely upscale home in Eastport is located in a small private cul-de-sac neighborhood and offers parking in the driveway for 4 cars. Only 5 blocks to the Spa Creek Bridge. My Kimber Ridge home is decorated with care and has the charm of this historic water-front town.

Two full size refrigerators and two laundry rooms make this home an excellent choice. A dream kitchen for those who like to cook. Stocked with just about everything you would need - plus some spices for cooking!

The fenced-in back yard is great for families with young children. Our large deck has bench seating and patio furniture to help you enjoy summer dinning. And don't forget the gas and charcoal grills! A Pack & Play, stroller and high chair are an added benefit for young families.

Park your car in the driveway and walk to the heart of downtown Annapolis in less than 15 minutes - unless you stop on the Spa Creek bridge and enjoy the view of this great sailing community.

About Pat Vanderklaauw

I hail from the fine state of Minnesota! Wonder why I am in Florida? You guessed it; the weather. I retired from McGraw-Hill Publishers a few years ago and then worked with my husband and son lifting roofs in the US and Canada. My son is still involved in the business and works with me in maintaining and renting our properties. I enjoy golf and traveling.

Pat Vanderklaauw purchased this house in 2000

Why Pat Vanderklaauw chose Eastport

My husband and I wanted a second home in Annapolis where we could enjoy our friends who live there and the wonderful area.

What makes this house unique

I love the location. Annapolis is a wonderful waterfront town with so much to see and do and all within walking distance of my home. Or grab a water taxi!

average rating of 4.9444447 based on 54 reviews

Absolutely perfect in every way!

  • 5 of 5

This is a beautifully appointed residence strategically located in Eastport with quick and easy access to Annapolis, waterfront, restaurants and shops. Off street parking for 4 an added plus! Owner Ann was wonderful to work with and has every reason to be proud of this spacious 4 BR 3.5 bath home. Equipped with everything one would need or imagine as well as several wide screen TV's. The kitchen is fabulous and well stocked. There are 2 fully equipped Laundry Rooms, beds are comfy and simply put, this is a very special place. I enthusiastically recommend this spacious, well kept and inviting family home; it was perfect for our extended family of 8.

Great home, great location

The spacious, open kitchen is great for entertaining. Clean home with all the amenities. Great location on a quiet cul-de-sac, and only a 10-15 minute walk to several great restaurants in Eastport and downtown Annapolis.

Spacious and relaxing

  • 5 of 5

This home had everything that we needed and room to spread out. There was also ample parking which was a luxury we never had at any of our other Annapolis stays. I wish we had discovered this beautiful home when our son was a plebe. Most enjoyable stay!

We'll be back!

  • 5 of 5

This is the fourth time we've rented the property for a weekend stay in Annapolis and we've had a great time on each occasion.

The house is beautifully furnished with excellent accommodation and facilities and is in a great location. A short (15 minute) walk across the bridge or a water taxi ride across to City Dock gives easy access to downtown Annapolis although there are also nice bars/restaurants in Eastport.

If we are lucky enough to go back to Annapolis I will definitely try to rent this house again.
