This property is right on the water! Great view and easy access to the water. The beds were very comfortable and the house was nicely stocked with all that you needed. We loved the deck! It is completely enclosed for dogs or small children. The bbq area is wonderful! But what we all loved the most was the outdoor shower! Wow! I would definitely recommend this place!
Lovely property with all the amenities and lots of water toys available to try out. Weather was great and spent most of our time on the deck or in the water. Randy’s information very easy to follow. Highly recommended and will definitely consider destination for a return visit! Thanks!
Without doubt, the best vacation rental I’ve ever made! Well appointed, the best views, centrally located for sightseeing excursions and the clams and oysters are the best! Underpriced in my opinion.
Perfect place for us to gather our family for Thanksgiving.
Tide's End Beach House was a great home for the 7 of us to spend Thanksgiving. The house itself was literally a step away from the water's edge, which provided beautiful views from outside on the deck as well as from inside the house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds were super comfy too. Randy was a wonderful host and very attentive to any questions we had about the property and surrounding area. We would love to return again!
Lois, we are so happy you and your family had such a wonderful stay at Tide's End. We're delighted you enjoyed the open layout and comfy furnishings, perfect for a large family gathering! Yes, the views are amazing from the deck and living areas and I'm sure there were some pretty spectacular sunsets, and probably an eagle spotting....or two! I'm glad you appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and extra comfortable beds, as these are two areas that were important for us in enhancing our guest's experience. We look forward to having you back at Tide's End!
right on the water with room for everyone
Hosted family from out of town and had a great time at Tide's End. Clean and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen.
Jennifer, we are so happy to here you and your out of town guests had such a wonderful time at Tide's End. Hope you were able to use the Kayaks, paddle boards and explore the canal a bit.
Glad you noticed the cleanliness of the beach house and how well stocked the kitchen is....our goal is to create a home-away-from -home, and enjoyed hearing this feedback.
I'm sure your group was amazed with the spectacular sunsets from the waterfront deck and outdoor fire-pit.
Look forward to you staying with us again at Tide's End. Thanks again!
It is sometimes difficult to please six adults ranging in age from 38 to 92. But this property did!
Our experience was outstanding! From the water to the water toys, from the spacious rooms to the well-stocked kitchen, this stay came as close to perfection as any we’ve had!
Kristi, we are so happy to hear you and your family had an outstanding stay at the beach house. We certainly make the extra effort to make sure the place is extremely comfortable for family gatherings. We tried to think of everything and anything a guest would want in terms of kitchen appliances, and glad we succeeded! Isn't the water a beautiful sight?! .....and exploring with kayaks and stand-up paddle boards make it that much more exciting. We look forward to you and your several generations of family members returning to Tide's End to make more fabulous memories. Thanks again!
Tide's End at Hood Canal enjoys over 80 feet of private beachfront for your exclusive use. Fresh clams and oysters are plentiful at low tide. Bring your boat and use our mooring buoy (Public Boat ramp is 2.5 miles away). Water temp in the summer is a comfortable 72-75 degrees at this end of the canal. Water leisure activities; Kayak, stand-up-paddleboard or just bob around in a floatie. We have Adirondack chairs, chaise lounge chairs and a patio table with umbrella that will accommodate 8 comfortably. Enjoy an evening campfire around our fire-pit with plenty of seating, play music, sing along or just roast some marshmallow. The evening sunsets are amazing, as you can see from our photos.
