Beautifully renovated & updated. Perfect place to bring the family together or just get away. Fresh, modern and clean. New Kitchen ready to entertain. 3 spacious bedrooms with a King size bed in the master and queen size beds in the other two bedrooms. Two separate entertainment areas as well as a beautiful, large shaded private deck. Plenty of space to keep everyone happy. Seriously only 3 minutes to the Heart of all the action on St. George St. with restaurants, bars, quaint boutiques, ice cream shops, breweries, and multiple attractions! Ideal location for bike week, keep the bikes safe in the garage while you rest comfortably.

Perfect location for your St Augustine visit

Great location. Great house.

House is located just a block from downtown activities. Enough room for a large family, with two separate sitting areas. Sim was a great host and provided plenty of amenities. Would definitely return.

Delightful!!

We spent four days in St. Augustine in this delightful cottage and it exceeded our expectations! It is perfectly located and contains everything you could possibly need, just like home! The owner was more than accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay there again should the opportunity arise.

Great cottage, very comfortable and location super

The rental was perfect for our family visiting St. Augustine for the first time. Very easy to walk to downtown and the nearby attractions. It was nice to come back and relax, backyard was very charming. House was cozy and felt spacious, details perfect. Kitchen was well equipped for a couple meals we made. Thank you Sim for a lovely place to stay... we would love to come back another time and see more of this town.

Great deck

Stayed here after completing the Southern Tier route by bicycle across the country. Was looking to feel at home and sure did! AC worked great, and the property has a "home" feel to it. We cooked in twice and used that wonderful deck every morning and evening!

Weekend getaway

This property could not have offered anything else. It was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was walking distance to historic st Augustine.. the owner was very responsive to our questions. Just an absolute must stay. We will return . Thank you

Sweet cottage close to downtown

This was such a great place to stay in! The pictures do not do it justice- it’s way bigger in person and the back deck is awesome. The house is located basically across from Ripley’s, making it a quick walk into town. Out host was awesome - letting us check in early and leave late. She had a bottle of local St. Augustine wine waiting for us with music playing. There’s a full size dishwasher, grill, fridge, coffe maker, etc., and a ROKU TV in every room! This was a great place to stay for six adults; we never felt crowded. We can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend!

A St Augustine Gem

The property was ideal. Easily walkable to all the shops and restaurants. The home was spotless. the layout was wonderful. Each guest room was a good size and each afforded privacy. the decor was really cute and well done. Spacious enough for everyone. The large back deck added an extra living space. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. Responses to any questions were prompt. I have only good things to say and would highly recommend this property.

Completely remodeled, very spacious and charming

My family and friends stayed here this weekend, what a beautiful home. The owners have done a great job and are very kind and accommodating. We had three couples and kids. The place was a great space and close to everything. There is two sitting areas which is great for the adults Who want to hang out while the kids nap. The back deck is also an excellent spot to relax. It was a rainy weekend but that didn’t stop us, everything was a 5 minute walk away. There was something in the house the needed attended too and the owners responded right away and fixed it, we were thankful. If you are concidering visiting St. Augustine this house is a fantastic choice!!!

Wonderful Home in Historical District - walking distance to it all!!

This rental home is magnificent. We spent April 16 - 21, 2019 there. Sim is incrediblly great and very personable, eager to assist or help in any way. The home is clean, beds are pillow topped, chocked full of amenities, huge outside deck that is fenced and private. We had a barbecue while there because, yes, it comes with a very nice gas grill. There are TV’s in every bedroom and living areas (2). New appliances, updated kitchen and baths, TWO coffee makers. You can walk to any historical adventure your heart desires. Ripley’s is right across the street. Many exquisite restaurants in walking distance. All you need is a few groceries and leave the rest up to this sweet home. You will love it like we did.

What a GEM!

My husband and I were absolutely thrilled with every aspect of this home from the booking to the checkout. The owner was very quick to respond and so pleasant. Absolutely no detail was overlooked in the home and the location was superb. The only time we had to drive was to the lighthouse for my niece's wedding.

Great place in a convenient location!

This was a short trip, but we really enjoyed our stay. The home was a nice combination of older charm, but with modern updates(new kitchen and bathroom). The home was clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The master bed was comfortable(not overly firm like most places). The location was very convenient with easy walking distance to the places most people will be going. The owner Sim was very responsive and great to work with. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very comfortable

The Beds were comfy. Everything we needed was in the house. Awesome location walk to everything. TV in every room, great for family vacation. Nice having the garage, we rented bikes from the shop right in front of the house and stored them there overnight.

Simply Lovely :-)

We stayed at this cottage during a short stay in St Augustine after a business convention in Orlando. We absolutely loved our stay. We had grandma and our two kids with us. The backyard deck was beautiful and I just loved the patio lights. The kitchen/ dining area was great as well. Loved the old hardwood floors. We own a flooring store, so those were historic and fun to see... the other vinyl we would have loved to redo ;-). Sim was excellent with communication and the welcome letter/gift was such an unexpected nice touch! The construction across the street was not a big deal as we hung out in the back most of the time when we were home. Sim warned us about the construction and they were very considerate and the noise was minimal. I guess the only criticism I'd give is the couches in the living room were not the comfiest as we did movie night everything night with the kids and I also threw my back out at the end of the trip when we were out exploring... so those couches were a little tough to handle. Otherwise we would definitely stay at this cottage again! Thank you Sim!!!

Thank you for your stay with us. We appreciate your feedback. You are correct, cottage is way more spacious than it appears from the front of the house. We are hopeful that the Renissanse Hotel construction on the corner of Castillo Drive and San Marco is in it's final phase for the exterior. We have been in contact with the project manager and he assured us that they will continue to be considerate with their hours of operation. We have also confirmed with the Saint Johns building code to ensure that they are in fact abiding by the construction ordinances.

Cute house

Great location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The house itself is the cutest thing and is much bigger than expected. We will definitely stay here again. Owner was very nice and easy to work with, messaged us during our stay to make sure there wasn’t anything we needed.

First time VRBO

We we very pleased with this upgraded cottage. It was the perfect size with the space we needed to stretch out and relax between wedding activities. The beautiful back deck was such an added bonus. We sat out back and relaxed in the sunshine. It was very nice to have a driveway that could accommodate two to three cars with a garage option. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Great surprise when we were greeted with fruit and a bottle of wine from the local winery. What a gem. We will be back.

Great location and great place to stay.

We booked this property for a girls week and were all very pleased with the house. It is just as described and had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. My communication prior to booking was excellent as we were concerned about how close it was to the main attractions since none of us had ever been to St. Augustine and being older we have to be close for walking places. A short walk and we were where we wanted to be. The contruction across the street was not a bother at all. The only issue we had was we never could figure out how to watch live TV when we wanted to catch up on the news and weather. The deck was well shaded with plenty of chairs to sit in to enjoy down time from sight seeing. We will return and look no where else to stay.

St. Augustine

This is a wonderful house! And the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Never used the car till we got in it to leave. The hotel construction wasn’t a big deal. We couldn’t hear it when we were in the house and we were gone during the day anyway. The kitchen was well stocked and our host gifted us a bottle of wine. We loved the back deck. Our host was completely accessible and helpful. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting St. Augustine!

Escape from Snow!
