This is a wonderful vacation home with great beach access! Enjoy the large deck with a view of the ocean. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1650 square feet with a fully equipped kitchen will be easy to enjoy your vacation. Folly beach has many shops, restaurants and bars on Center St that you can enjoy with your family. There are also rental companies on Folly Beach that you can rent bikes, kayaks, golf carts and more to fully enjoy all Folly Beach as to offer!

Note:
1. With the interest of full disclosure. This house is on a double lot. There is a 4 story house on the same lot obstructing some of the ocean views. The house has been priced with this in mind. That being said, you have great views of the ocean and a 25 yard walk to the beach. You are getting a front beach house at a 2nd row price. No crossing the street and a nice boardwalk to the beach.
2. The house is not perfect. We get hit with severe weather (hurricanes, corrosion from the salt air, etc.) We work hard to keep it up, but it's not always perfect. If perfect is what you want, then please rent a hotel room.

Loved our stay at the beach/ this home. You can tell the owners have created many memories in this home and have created a space that can feel so cozy and at home. From the wonderful bedding to fully stocked kitchen, we were so thankful for all the details that were thought through. Some little hiccups here and there, but our host was super responsive and addressed anything very quickly. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Seascape! We loved being so close to the beach and an uncrowded stretch of it. The two houses between the home and the ocean only obstructed the view a little -- we still had plenty of view to enjoy. This is a gem of a home. Two of the bedrooms and one bathroom are on the first floor, with the third bedroom and en suite bathroom on the second. The beds were extremely comfortable and the downstairs shower was nice and roomy. My bad knees appreciated that the stairs in front and out back had landings for resting. The home had most of what we needed to have a comfortable stay. It was nice to have the choice between making a pot of coffee or using the Keurig for a quick cup on the go. We had a couple of questions during the week and the homeowner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic second stay at this house. It’s well situated for our dog with the fenced in yard and deck. Access to the beach, beach chairs and sand toys were great for the kids. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. Until next time!

Great views with fabulous beach access

Wonderful location. Great views of the ocean and wonderful beach access. The house has a fully stocked kitchen and we were glad to see LVP flooring on the lower level. The property was very clean when we arrived. Had a couple small issues, but Tyler was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better house for our family vacation and we even got to bring our pup. Can’t wait to return.

This property will not disappoint. The house in front does not impede the phenomenal views. Easy, close, direct beach access literally steps away. Most comfortable, soft bedding we've ever had with a rental. Ample towels provided. Enclosed yard and latching deck gate made it worry free with our dog. Terrific off street parking. We saw beach chairs for use under the deck which was a nice extra. Host was responsive to our questions. Bring extra trashbags as none were provided. We always do anyway. We'd stay here again over and over! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Loved staying here!! The house outback does block the view some but you can still see the beach pretty well! The beds were absolutely the best beds ever!! My husband and I snoozed like babies!! Fabulous beach house!

We had such a relaxing stay at this wonderful home on Folly Beach! Spent numerous hours walking the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with every pot or pan or serving dish that you would ever need. Only a few miles to Folly center and 20 minutes to Charleston. We loved it! Thank you!
