Less than 10 minutes from boutique shopping, farm to table dining & local art galleries on Main Street in historic downtown Clayton. *Golf & Spa additional fees. PET FRIENDLY with approval.
New to the 2023 VRBO rental market. First floor includes living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry closet & half bath. Second floor includes queen bedroom with TV & private bathroom and bunk bed/single bed bedroom also with private bathroom & TV. Guests have access to the entire house and all of the resort amenities! This home is in a mountain community that has a double-wide paved road throughout. There are stairs from the parking area to the front door. 2 parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
