Beautiful Updated Kawama Townhouse. Marina, boat ramp, lagoon and pools.

This gorgeous 3 bedroom 3 full bath townhouse is located in the tropical neighborhood of Kawama. This unit underwent a full renovation which was completed on July 5 2018. It has porcelain wood plank tile floors throughout, a beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counter tops and marble bathrooms. The unit also received all new furniture including king size beds for both master suites, televisions and decorations during the remodel. No expense has been spared!

Kawama is located in the heart of Key Largo just two miles south of John Pennekamp Park. There are near by fishing and dive boat fleets offering both group and private charters as well as many great local eateries offering the best in fresh sea-food and key lime pie. The Theater of the Sea and The Dolphin Research Center are both just miles away and both offer one on one dolphin interaction as well as many educational marine shows and tours. The famous Post Card Inn Resort and Sandbar (formerly known as Holiday Isle) is right down the road as well as the some of the best boating Florida has to offer.

The townhouse itself is a newly renovated end unit with a bright and spacious floor plan located right on the saltwater swimming lagoon. The first floor has one bedroom, one full bathroom and a family room with a 55 inch LED TV and a very comfortable L shaped sofa. The second floor features a bright open living room, updated kitchen with all new appliances, one full bathroom and front and rear balconies. The rear balcony has a screen enclosure and plush outdoor seating. The third floor houses the two master suites both complete with new furniture and private balconies as well as the spacious updated master bath. The unit also comes with a custom lifted 2015 Club Car golf cart which seats four and is perfect for exploring the grounds or driving out to the point for some fishing or breath taking views of the keys sunset.

Trailer parking and use of the community boat ramp is included with this rental. Dock slips are available in the Marina as well as kayaks and paddle boards.

We loved our stay. The unit was clean and spacious with many items in the kitchen we could use. We LOVED the golf cart. We used it quite a bit to access the pickleball court and going out to the ocean. It has such a small town feel, everyone staying there was so friendly. We loved all the swimming spaces as well. We highly recommend.

The condo was great and we would definitly stay again! The place was clean and comfy, including the beds. Lots of stairs, if you have elderly who struggle with that, there is a first floor bedroom, but kitchen and livinig is up a flight. The kitchen was very minimally stocked if you plan to cook. The keurig didn't work, but there was a regular coffee maker on back up in the cupboard. Linens were a minimally suppled as well, with no beach towels included. Jarrett was prompt to reply to questions and issues, usually within the hour. Our weather wasn't the best, so we didn't really use the outside amenities. Lots to do in at the condo and in the area. Great place to stay!

This is an open, bright and clean place centrally located in Key Largo. The multiple pools, playground, plus swimming in the lagoon were much appreciated. The condo was as described and well equipped, and overall property is kept in nice condition. Communication was excellent. Would stay here again.

Julie and Jarrett have a long love for the keys which led to their passion of vacation rental ownership. They have spared no expense in renovating both units with a keen attention to detail. Julie and Jarrett's goal is for their guests to arrive finding all that they need to enjoy their vacation in comfort and luxury.

We feel that Kawama is a very special place, offering more than any other neighborhood of its kind in Key Largo. What sets Kawama apart is the beautiful beach area and salt water lagoon. These two amenities can truly make any vacation a memorable one.

What makes this property unique

This property in particular is located directly on the lagoon and just steps away from the South pool. The property also comes with a brand new 2017 Club Car golf cart equipped with a folding back seat and built in cooler. Although the beach and marina are just a quick walk away the golf cart makes bringing guests and personal items a breeze.
