Beach Paradise Getaway 162

A clean newer building, lots of space. Grand swimming pool and right on the beach. A place to just take it all in. We are just minutes from shopping centers and great restaurants. The bus passes right in front of the property or you can call a Taxi. We also have parking available if you have a car. This is trully a great place to get away so if you just want to stay on the beach or the pool we have a full equiped kitchen for cooking and serving.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Complex was fabulous. Great pool. Great staff. Great restaurant. Suite needs a bit of TLC and laundry facilities were not available.

Beach Paradise Getaway 162

At check-in i met with Juan and his wife, they gave a tour of the place and showed all the amenities. I like the layout in this unit, windows and doors can be opened to provide a nice breeze thru the unit. Also handy having a washer and dryer available. Staying at Aria Ocean is great an easy walk into Bucerias. Definitely a great place to book!

Exterior excellent, interior not so much

The balcony, the pools, the beach and ocean are superb, very easy access from the condo, plenty of chairs an other installations to enjoy the pools and the beach. The balcony is well equiped with a table four chairs and a long chair, the BBQ is also a nice to have. However, the interior of the condo needs a ton of TLC, the entire place needs to be repainted, some of the furniture needs to be changed and the kitchen also need to be modernized. We had to empty all the kitchen drawers and clean everything. Although it is a 2 bedrooms, there is no air conditioning in the second bedroom, only a fan. Lots of securtiy and close to groceries , 2-3 kilometers. Taxis are cheap. Shop, you can get better in this complex. PS not the owners fault but lots of construction on site and next door, very noisy ealy in the morning until sunset, 7 days a week.
