IN THE UNIT-
MASTER BED & BATH: The master bedroom features a queen size bed, a chest of drawers, a nightstand, a 43" flatscreen, and a ceiling fan. The balcony is accessible via the glass sliding doors. In the walk-in closet there is a box fan, a pack and play, a highchair, extra blankets and pillows, an iron and ironing board.
The master bathroom has granite countertops, sink and vanity. Then a separate tile shower/toilet area. Towels and washcloths are provided.
Suggestions...You will need to bring your own shower soaps, shampoo, conditioner etc. 2 rolls of toilet paper will be provided per bathroom. Please make a note to bring some from home or purchase additional if needed. 4 towels and washcloths are provided per bathroom. If you need additional, you may bring them or feel free to wash and dry them as needed.

KITCHEN: The kitchen has granite countertops and a tile backsplash. It is fully equipped for your cooking needs. Standard coffee maker as well as a Keurig is provided. Pots and pans, plates, silverware, and cookware are provided. Microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher, and stove/oven. Washer and dryer are in the unit. There is a breakfast bar, with stools, that seats 4.
Suggestions...our cleaners provide a sample (2 loads) of dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels, and 2 trash bags. We suggest bringing items from home or purchasing your own for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM: The living room has a sleeper sofa (full size) that sleeps 2. Additional sheets, blankets, and pillows are provided. The living room has a 58" flat screen tv.
Also, in the living room is an accent chair and a table with 3 barstools. Glass sliding doors lead out to the balcony.

BALCONY: The balcony has a great view of the courtyard pool. We have 2 padded chairs with a small table, as well a comfy 2-person egg chair-great for reading and people watching. There is a balcony closet that we try to keep stocked with all the things you may need to help make your trip a little easier. 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, sand toys, and a beach buggy are provided.

GUEST BEDROOM: In the guest bedroom there is a queen size bed and a set of twin size bunk beds, a small chest of drawers and a 43" flatscreen.
The guest bathroom is located in the hall. There is a tiled, full size, bath/shower combo and granite countertop.

THE COMPLEX-
Welcome to Aqua Breeze located in the Sugar Beach complex located DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! We love that the SUGAR BEACH complex was designed with family in mind. It features a total of 4 pools! Yes, four! TWO of the pools are beach front, PLUS a KIDDIE POOL where the little ones can play. POOLSIDE RESTROOMS are provided for your convenience! One of our pools is HEATED to 85 degrees for the cooler months. The fourth pool is the COURTYARD pool! Our balcony overlooks the courtyard pool, perfect for keeping an eye on your family from up in the room. That's not all! On the same level as the courtyard pool is a huge SUN DECK that has breathtaking BEACH VIEWS, a TENNIS COURT, and SHUFFLEBOARD! There is still more... POOL SIDE SNACK BAR! The SUGAR SHACK offers LIGHT MEALS, BEVERAGES, and even COCKTAILS for our guests who are over 21 (while in season). Other amenities include COVERED FIRST FLOOR PARKING, SECURITY AT ENTRY GATE, 3 GAZEBOS, COVERED HALLWAYS TO THE UNITS, BBQ GRILLING AREA, PICNIC TABLES, 2 ELEVATORS-one close to our unit, and FREE WIFI.

**Please note: Parking pass is required and can be purchased from the guard gate (cash only) at $35 per vehicle, for the length of your stay. ATM is located across the street
