Vacations are meant to be carefree! Let the chimes from the Naval Academy chapel start your day. Or, watch sailboat races in the harbor and understand why Annapolis is called, America's Sailing Capital.

This historic home was built in 1908 and has been fully renovated & perfectly equipped for your stay.

Located in the heart of downtown Annapolis, 10 Randall is conveniently located, granting instant access to the Main Gate of The US Naval Academy, the Annapolis Harbor, local restaurants and bars, boat cruises, and a variety of specialty shops ~ Making this location ideal for wedding parties, Navy parents and Alumni, sailors, and weekend travelers.

For those seeking a break away from the hustle and bustle, a private courtyard provides the perfect setting for intimate dining or catching up on a good book.

Professionally cleaned and beautifully maintained, this home sleeps eight (8) comfortably in three queen beds and one sectional/sleeper (queen) in the living room. If your get-away includes work, the home office & wi-fi is at your disposal.

Parking passes (1 per day) are provided for on-street parking. Additional passes or optional secure garage parking behind the home is available at an additional cost.

Both the home and Annapolis have something special to offer...all year long. This home is ideal for Naval Academy events, family gatherings, wedding parties, 'girls weekends', graduations, boat shows and regattas! Exactly what we needed!

  • 5 of 5

Location was one great thing, hospitality the other. My son is a midshipmen at the yard and his request was a home with A/C and privacy but close to the yard. You can't get any closer to the yard when it's across the street! It's also close walking distance to downtown. John's home was very clean, he was in contact with me to make sure everything was okay and kept me updated if anything arose. We used the grill, there is a washer and dryer, great A/C, three bedrooms and a pull out couch. Parking passes were provided by John and the locals know him and said great things about him. I would highly recommend his location. As a facility manager for a multimillionaire pristine office furniture showroom that notices the details, I will definitely stay again!

Very happy with our stay. We enjoyed the home and had easy access to all of downtown Annapolis. The Naval Academy is literally across the street. Outdoor patio was very nice, spent a few hours there enjoying drinks with family. Home had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable. Will be back!

Amazing Annapolis Getaway!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I came all the way from Los Angeles to spend the 4th of July in Annapolis and 10 Randall was worth it. We could not have been happier! The house is absolutely lovely and pristine and welcoming and in an AWESOME central location to everything. This cozy house truly feels like home away from home. Whether you want to fire up the grill on the charming patio or walk to one of the local restaurants or bars, this house is the perfect spot to make for a memorable stay in Annapolis. I celebrated my birthday in Annapolis and this was the icing on the cake! Thank you, John! We hope to be back soon and hope that 10 Randall is available when we return : )

Incredible Locarion, VERY clean and will absolutely stay again!!!

  • 5 of 5

The location of the house was perfect and made driving in and out of downtown Annapolis a breeze!! Our son was playing in a Golf Tournament at the Naval Academy Golf Course and is was a 10 minute drive!! We loved the convenience to downtown Annapolis too and walked down for dinner, shopping and to catch the Water Taxi. The house had everything you could need for a relaxing stay!! Looking forward to our next visit to 10 Randall!!
