Amazing!

  • 5 of 5

Very nice place to stay for the weekend or longer. Close to everything, parked once and was able to walk everywhere during our stay. Very good communication with the owner, responded quickly to our e-mail. We would like to return for another stay in the future.

Perfect place in a perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

Loved this lovely house. it was clean, well kept up, had wonderful linens. The three of us really enjoyed our weekend here: wine in the courtyard, strolls to coffee and dinner, the art fair. The location couldn't be better, literally steps from pretty much anything you want to do. John was amazing to work with -- incredibly responsive! If we are ever back in Annapolis, we will stay again! Thanks, John!

Fantastic property!

  • 5 of 5

Our stay was amazing! John was a great host and communicated all information before arrival. The location was close walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops in downtown Annapolis. The property was very homey and had every amenity you would ever need. Private outdoor patio was perfect for a cocktail before heading out to dinner. We can't wait to return!!

Best Location in Annapolis

  • 4 of 5

My wife, two other couples and I visited Annapolis for the first time and could not have been happier with 10 Randall St. The house is very charming. It was a little tight with six people and only one bathroom. It was especially uncomfortable for the one couple whose bedroom was attached to the bathroom. This was a fair tradeoff for the price and location. Thew house is steps away from the entrance to the Naval Academy and downtown Annapolis. We could easily walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Overall, we were very happy with the experience.

Exactly what we needed!

  • 5 of 5

Location was one great thing, hospitality the other. My son is a midshipmen at the yard and his request was a home with A/C and privacy but close to the yard. You can't get any closer to the yard when it's across the street! It's also close walking distance to downtown. John's home was very clean, he was in contact with me to make sure everything was okay and kept me updated if anything arose. We used the grill, there is a washer and dryer, great A/C, three bedrooms and a pull out couch. Parking passes were provided by John and the locals know him and said great things about him. I would highly recommend his location. As a facility manager for a multimillionaire pristine office furniture showroom that notices the details, I will definitely stay again!
