Awesome Property and Great Host!

I stayed at Moss Haus with my husband and our two children (3 1/2 and almost 2). We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and the location is great! Jessica is a great host, she was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We would definitely come back!

Directions and checking were simple and the house is sweet and very comfy. My 2 adult sons and I stayed for 3 days. The beds are comfortable and linens very nice quality. The kitchen has all the necessities (but coffee,bring your own) and things appeared clean and tidy. Glenwood Springs is a fun and interesting area to visit. I would stay at the same property any time.

So sweet! So convenient!

Loved this little house. Two couples rented this three bedroom house for two days while fishing near Carbondale. We cooked all of our meals in the excellent (and well equipped kitchen) and played one of the games supplied by the owners (thank you!) Monopoly - Aspen version (Little Nell substitutes for Boardwalk...Don't land on that property...!). The beds were comfortable. And, it turns out, there's a forth double bedroom in a tiny house in the back. One bathroom would be tight for lots more people. But if you're looking for a good deal in a completely renovated and well-laid out house, consider this lovely home. Though it was 85+ degrees in the daytime, the AC was extremely efficient, and it was cool enough by evening to enjoy the backyard sitting area, and to take a dip in the hot springs pool. So much bigger and more comfortable than the Hotel Colorado or Hotel Denver! We'll be back!

Wonderful Thanksgiving get away

Jessica’s home was so clean and lovely. The whole place had a very cozy feel, the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with all the cooking items needed for us to make a great Thanksgiving dinner. Sitting outside at the fire pit in the evenings was delightful. The neighborhood was quiet, and great for morning walks. I would love to come back to this home again the next time I come to Glenwood Springs.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

The Moss House was great. Larger then expected. The backyard was a great size, all fenced in, perfect for our dog and fun to sit at the picnic table for dinner. Very easy walk into town.

Perfect location in Glenwood

Very comfortable home away from home where you will have everything you need during your stay. The owner was quick to respond and even came over to shovel the sidewalk to ensure the sidewalk was safe for passage. Walking distance to downtown although the walk back is a bit more challenging than the walk there. We will be back for sure.

Glenwood Girls Trio

My friend and I took our three girls away for a few days of fun in Glenwood. The Moss Haus was a perfect spot, quiet yet close enough we could walk to most things in town. Plenty of kitchen supplies to cook! Jessica was always prompt in her replies. Highly recommend.
