Small pets are negotiable with nonrefundable pet fee. 1 block from stellar Elementary school, close to Middle and High Schools. Close to shopping and restaurants. Owner lives <10 minutes away. Availability by calendar. Minimum 30 night stay.

It is in an upscale part of Fort Collins and very convenient to many restaurants, grocers, amenities, and surrounding towns. Very easy access to I-25.

What makes this property unique

Ground level with no stairs to traverse and easy curb access. Living space has wide hallways and areas that accommodate walkers and/or wheelchairs, and safety wall bars installed on wall between master bed and bath and next to master commode and bathtub/shower. Quiet, safe neighborhood.
