Awesome location in Princeville

This is a wonderful, peaceful place to stay. Close to beaches and an excellent pool. The townhouse was clean and well-maintained.

Great place to stay

Unit is a bit older than the photos make it appear but it is well maintained and clean. The complex has a nice large pool and the unit includes beach chairs, body surfing boards, and snorkeling gear left by past guests which were very convenient. Owners were very responsive, we enjoyed our stay here.

Upon arriving at the home we noticed the front door locket was in disrepair and needed repair. We contacted mgt and it was resolved. There was giant bird droppings on the windows and we asked if they could be cleaned and that was resolved. There were a few large dead cockroaches that we cleaned up, we realize they are typical in Hawaii. The fan and light switch in the upstairs bedroom needed repair and that was resolved. The only thing not resolved is some of the electrical outlets work and some don’t, you may want to look into that as the plug in next to the fridge was loose and looked burnt. The house needs a lot of interior paint touch ups. We did enjoy our stay and the unit fit our family size. The unit location was nice as we were close to lots of activities etc.

it was hot when we got in but the condo supplies many fans so we cleared the hot air pretty quickly. One ceiling fan in the upstairs loft area wasnt working but again the staff was pretty responsive and supplied us with room fans to keep the hot air from accumulating. Also the upstairs shower. was very slow to drain, we called and two repair men came and fixed it quickly. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and pans, etc.

Winter get a way

We all had an amazing stay in paradise! Very comfortable and private, close to walking paths , stores and restaurants. So appreciated all the beach equipment!! Dishwasher door needs to be fixed! No spring to catch the heavy door!

A great home-base for island adventures

We stayed for five nights with our family ages 8 to 70. The rental had great books for relaxing, a well stocked kitchen for a couple nights of home cooking, a very close and clean pool, a beach box with all of the options (snorkels, chairs, umbrellas, floaties, sand castle makers, etc.) We walked to Willey’s beach for a quiet morning stroll and that was a bonus to have a beach within walking. Everything else seemed to be 10-15 minutes away driving - very convenient.The only tricky thing was parking if we got home after 6pm. The lot fills to the brim but there is good overflow parking if you know that is allowed. Lots of flowers and wildlife (pictured) for close-to-the-house adventures.

Great 8 days in Princeville

We had a great time here. Plenty of room for our family of 6. The property is a bit dated, but we expected that with reading the previous reviews & cost to other sized units. We loved the pool & all the light high ceilings of this property. Plenty of beach supplies & we sooo appreciate the 3 umbrellas available, as it rained on us every day out of 8. Loved the grill & close proximity to visiting Hanalei. Loved exploring Wyllie’s Beach straight from the property. Easy check in with code provided. Also enjoyed visiting Puu Poa from using the beach parking in Princeton. Not having AC wasn’t a big deal, as the outside temp was usually around 72 & they had fans available. It might be more uncomfortable in the summer.

The unit was a great location! Unfortunately, the unit failed to be well kept. From falling mismatched screens, doors missing and weak fans... very disappointing!!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was incredibly convenient and made the entire trip easy and relaxing. It’s set in a beautiful area with access to a pool and close to several beaches that are great for swimming, all within a short drive. The views were lovely, and we appreciated the nearby trails that were perfect for walking or jogging.There’s also a park close by and a grocery store nearby, which made it easy to grab food and essentials during our stay. The place itself was comfortable, clean, and well-suited for relaxing after long days out exploring.The host was responsive and helpful every time we reached out, which made a big difference. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would absolutely book here again.

Good location in Princeville

The unit served the needs for our family of 4 for the holidays, since we were out most of the time. 15-20 minute walk/hike to the beach and a slight ocean view from the kitchen/living room. Don't expect a movie room upstairs (based on prior reviews) and the living/dining room furniture is past its prime and rather uncomfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, with the exception of glasses. Beds were comfortable. Small stackable w/d laundry is connected to primary bedroom and can be loud when running at night, but nice to have access to w/d. Overall a bit underwhelming, several housekeeping/repair items sent to the management company and if rectified will make this unit much better.

Spacious Townhouse with View

My husband, teenage daughter and her friend stayed in the townhouse with wall to wall windows that provide a spacious feel and fabulous views. The unit was clean and quiet. The complex has a nice pool and beautiful gardens. Communication with the property manager was excellent and they were very attentive. The location was very convenient to all the North Shore beaches. We’ll definitely stay again.

Great Vacation Spot

Everything was perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful unit in a great location. From the reservation (even a change in weeks shortly after we booked) to the check in and check out process was easy and hassle free. All the tips and recommendations from the owners were appreciated.

Amazing beautiful comfortable rental!

Had the most amazing time with my family while we were ehere for a wedding! Amazing view of the sunrise and sunset! Has everything you need and very comfortable beds and furniture! We had a fun movie night upstairs with the huge projector screen! Will definitely be staying here again when I come back!

Clean and beautiful!

We loved everything about this property! It was very clean and absolutely beautiful! We had a minor plumbing issue but the property owners took care of it right away. I was a little worried about not having air conditioning, but it was never an issue for us. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

Home away from home

All the amenities of a home. Well equipped house with comfortable furnishings. If your a golfer, you’ll enjoy being right on the course around 13th hole. The ocean view is a distant one and unfortunately no beach access without driving. Your close to the town of Hanalei for some good food and shopping. There is shopping and grocery store close by if you need anything. Great place to stay.
