Great house - close to King Pine

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay! Loved the vintage vibe! Minutes from King Pine for skiing and we were happy to be away from the Conway traffic. We would stay again!

Jumy 4th visit

The property was in a great location, easy to get to the local lake and beach. Plenty of Fans for the hot humid nights. Clean house and great Cabin feel!

Relaxed getaway

My friend and I stayed here with our elementary aged kids. Clear instructions for checkin, checkout, and accessing local amenities available by private website. Great property with game room to keep the kids active on rainy days and plenty of outdoor space to run around outside when it was sunny. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals, and plenty of dry firewood for cooking s'mores and hot dogs outside. Overall great stay!

Great cabin getaway

We had a great weekend away. We loved using the outdoor fire pit. The property was perfect, tucked back from the main road and surrounded by trees.

Missing the Mark

The cabins located in a nice area however they missed the mark a little when it came to accommodations, the beds were not made the barbecue had no propane to barnacue, no sheets for all the beds, and it could have been a little cleaner, and their were several broken things around the house that needed repair and I needed to make sure I was not to blame for the condition they were in. Also there should be a guest book with necessary information such as Wi-Fi password trash disposal and door locks , lights , necessary information every guest should know.

As expected

The place came as advertised. It is an older house in a secluded woods area. The house was a few minute drive to a nice beach. We enjoyed our stay with one minor issue. The house is very warm, and only three small windows were functioning. We really needed fresh air! The owner was expecting a new screen for the sliding door, which would help a little. Would recommend.

Girls weekend

The area was beautiful. The cabin was perfect for the relaxing weekend we were looking for. The beach access that’s included was perfect for a bunch of ladies to get away. Would book again.

My wife and I would recommend this. The process of checking in was very easy. 5 minutes from a great beach club which keys were included with our stay.

Wonderful stay, would love to return!

My family had been searching for hotels in New Hampshire/North Conway area and nothing stood out so we decided to check out VRBO. We are SO happy we did, because we found this perfect spot! My family of 4 traveled with my in laws and this house was everything we were looking for. We only stayed for one night, but we would 100% stay here again if we are in the area. The decor is a little dated, but it made it charming and the kids thought it was great! We especially enjoyed the fire pit outside, the bunk bed and the ping pong table in the basement. The host was also wonderful and provided a ton of information before our stay. There is no AC, but there are a lot of big fans in the house (our bedroom had 3!) Would definitely recommend this place.

Relaxing, comfortable, and very family friendly vacation home

I was looking for a vacation home in a quiet area for my family including my husband and 3 year old daughter and 7 year old son. We planned for a one week skiing trip, the first one with our kids, and chose this home for its closeness to the King Pine ski resort. We had a great time (in the house and on the slopes). The house has all essentials it needs. Some appliances and furniture are old, others are rather new (bathrooms, laundry) and the house was warm day and night thanks to a new heating system. The owner was super fast with his responses and very helpful. He makes available a website to renters with information concerning the house and nearby attractions, which was very convenient and useful. We were also looking forward to relaxing afternoons and evenings in front of the fireplace in the living room and everything necessary was provided in plenty. I take away one of the five stars because some dishes were a little dirty, probably because of a not so well functioning dishwasher and there could be more cooking utensils in the kitchen but those little issues didn't hinder us from having a great stay.
