Single family cottage within easy walking distance to Short Sands Beach and downtown York Beach. The cottage has hard wood flooring throughout, central air conditioning, gas fireplace w/d, d/w, garbage disposal, wifi, half bath on first floor, master bedroom on first floor with private deck/full bath, 2 bedrooms on second floor (full & two twins in each) with Shower bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped. Screened in Porch off kitchen area. Parking for four vehicles. Solo Fire Pit, with seating for 10. Sleeps 10 people. Outdoor shower and patio with picnic table seating 8. Perfect for large families and small children. Summer 2026 minimum stay 4 nights. No pets. Bedroom & Bath linens provided. Property is also available Fall/Winter/Spring during the year at a reduced rate with 3 night minimum stay. Please inquire VRBO #1376525 for availability.

House was great- plenty of room for two families each with two kids. The house was very clean and organized. It was stocked with most everything that you would need to live for a week. Our host was great- she was very responsive to any messages and gave us good recommendations for things local. It’s a great distance from several beaches and shops.

We went to York to visit family ahead of the summer season. The weather was a bit rainy and chilly - we were delighted with the gas fireplace! The location was wonderful , walking distance to short sands. There were 7 of us including 2 kids and we were all very comfortable, and there was plenty of room to have some privacy.

Wonderfully clean, kitchen is fully stocked, having linens on the bed is such a nice perk, and they’re cotton! Plenty of towels, extra blankets, even a buggy to bring things to the beach which is super close by. Will definitely be back!

My daughters , grandson & I were very thrilled about the location how the house was layed out, the use of the kitchen, several bathrooms, use of lawnchairs * even the fire pit. Towels were plentiful & the upstairs shower w/the pebble floor was very refreshing. We had no complaints, delighyed the whole stay..would love to stay w/Joanne's house again.

We were a group of five women friends having a "girl's week". The house and location were perfect for us! Plenty of room for us all to sleep comfortably, make & share food, sit on the deck to talk, and easily walk to York Beach Village & Short Sands Beach. Wonderful family vacation home

Our family (7 adults and 1 infant) enjoyed our 5-day stay. It was an easy walk to the zoo, beach and shops. The grounds were lovely and the house was fully equipped with supplies and necessities. Joanne was very helpful throughout the process.

It was a perfect place for our get together. Us 6 woman had plenty of space and a good time was had by all. Joanne welcomed us, showed us around the place and was very accommodating. Home was easy access to Ogunquit and York.
