Mike’s property was clean and orderly with many thoughtful details like the basket of “ruinable” small towels for mud and sand clean-up. Parking was slightly challenging but that is beyond his control and wasn’t overly difficult. It was a great stay in a great location

All we needed and more! Just as described. Balcony almost acts as another room of the condo, can pull down screens for privacy. Walking distance from dining and grocery. Great place to stay at a reasonable price!

My stay in this room was great, everything was clean and organized, a big plus was that there was good air flow in the room and good air conditioning. Communication with the host was great, he would let me know of any updates and to check in with me with anything, he would respond promptly.The only downside was that there was no reserved parking spot for this reservation, there was a couple of nights where finding an open parking spot was rare if not impossible if you get back to the condos after 9PM. Otherwise, the my stay in the room was good.

We love the North Shore of Kauai and had stayed at another of Mike's condo 4 years ago. Mike is a wonderful host - his properties are clean, have all the comforts of home and the location is perfect. He communicated with us before we left VA for HI and several times while we on the Big Island of Hawaii, providing details about check-in.This was our 20th trip to Hawaii; we'll definitely be back and hope to stay at Mike's condo again.

What an awesome spot. We are big on walking so we were able to walk about half an hour to a few awesome bars and restaurants. Host was so helpful and the area was stunning. If we ever return to Kauai, I hope this place is available!

Well decorated and homey, this small studio gives a taste of exclusive community life on Kauai -feels like a gated community, but no gates are needed. Generic but thoroughly peaceful and film quality beautiful.

Great studio in Princeville. Small but perfect for a single person or couple. Has some beach accessories as well (chairs and a cooler which came in handy). Complex had a nice size pool and jacuzzi. Host was easy to communicate with and gave clear check in instructions.
