Fantastic place to stay!

  • 5 of 5

Wendy is a great host! The property is clean and well located in Princeville. Wendy provided so many things for us to make our stay that much better. The cabinets are equipped with all the dishes and utensils we needed to cook ourselves. When going to the beach, the towels, chairs, coolers and beach gear were all provided. There was plenty of literature to use as a guide as well.

Wendy made our stay sooo much better! We would stay there again! We highly recommend Alii Kai, through Wendy, with it's views (I photographed the sunrise every morning!) and convenience. Restaurants are close and grocery shopping is close too. There are plenty of walking trails to explore. Thank you for making our dream trip flawless!

We hope to be contacting you again!

God Bless!

Steve and Lori Burr

The condo was well maintained, cozy and welcoming.

To wake up to perfumed air and the sound of morning doves was incredible. The kitchen was compact and with extra amenities like an assortment of spices, lots of pots and pans, and utensils. We cooked most meals and appreciated the extra touches. We shopped at the local Foodland, which met our needs, and the farmers markets added extra touches. But the grounds were superb... plants and flowers to enjoy and one darling little Moa we named Poopsie.

Perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

Wendy was a great host. Princeville is amazing, a very beautiful community in North Kauai.

Check-in and check-out was very easy, the place was very clean.

It is close to Hanalei and Kalalau Trail.

There is also a nice turtle cave nearby.

Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

  • 5 of 5

Large, reasonably priced condo in a great location---just a few miles from Hanalei Bay and shopping in Princeville. Condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need and was super clean. The resort pool was very nice too. The condo was very private with a nice mountain view. Suggestion: close your windows or the roosters will wake you at 5 am. Walk across the parking lot for a spectacular ocean view (saw whales) and to the path down to the ocean. Be sure to wade into the cave (at low tide) and see the huge sea turtles sleeping inside. There are many hikes nearby, although this time of year they are very muddy. Be sure to go to the Kaua'i Mini Golf & Botanical Gardens (about 5 miles south) and walk the Wai Koa Loop Trail that begins a few 100 yards from the mini golf. It is amazing---on the 5 mile trail you walk through mahogany orchards, and see Norfolk Pines and a historic stone dam built in 1881.

Quiet, relaxing and comfortable.

  • 4 of 5

Very happy with our stay here. Was clean and well-equipped (including a new state-of-the-art washer and dryer) and Wendy provided us with excellent detailed information so that nothing was left to question as to both the property and the surrounding area. We were very fortunate to have only 1 day of rain during our 2 weeks here. Many fabulous beaches all along the north shore including Hanalei Bay, Tunnels, Secret, Anini and Moloa. Had a fantastic day hike along the Napali Coast. Favorite hangouts were Tahiti Nui in Hanalei (hands down best Mai Tai and also featured in the film the Descendents) and the Bistro Restaurant in Kiluea. Excellent supermarket (Foodland) and shops and restaurants right in Princeville. Don't forget Happy Hour. I would definitely come back to this condo.
