Steps to sand and nearby resorts. Upgraded unit on ocean (quiet) side of small complex.One of only 12 units on the ocean side of Village Manor. Fabulous rate for a 2 bedroom with full kitchen and air-conditioning. (not central air) in living area and one bedroom. Remodeled unit with lots of recent upgrades including new furnishing, HD-TV,, ceiling fans, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and stove and additional dining options.
This corner unit is near high-end resorts and the coastal multi-use walking/bike path. Convenient, affordable and very comfortable. This is an end-unit, on the ocean (quiet) side of a small 24 unit complex. It is a short walk to beaches of the Royal Coconut Coast. Guests love the convenience of the being on the the ocean side of the main road within walking distance of the grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Within a few blocks, there is access to a popular coastal walking path which runs for miles in both directions.
Both bedrooms have queen beds and there is a double futon in the living area.
We have added free-standing air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom providing year-round comfort. However, the A/C doesn't cool enough for everyone's liking. Opening the doors on the covered front and back lanai doors allows breezes to flow through the kitchen and the living room. Both bedrooms are located on greenbelts and have lots of natural light.
Parking is free in a reserved parking space which is conveniently located near the front of unit. There is a shared, coin-operated laundry area just steps from the unit. The complex was just repainted and treated for pests.
This is an end-unit in a 2 story complex. The back of the unit faces a greenbelt and the tennis court of neighboring ocean front resort. The front of the unit faces a landscaped greenbelt area.
Enjoy this convenient location without a rental car! Walk to shopping, restaurants and nearby resorts. Or connect to the nearby oceanfront path for longer walks to snorkeling and protected ocean swimming at a lava rock enclosed ocean swimming area or numerous or other beaches.
This unit has an uncluttered, updated look. Both baths have been remodeled. New tile shower and tile floors throughout, upgraded kitchen with track lighting and bar-style dining for 4.
The living area has tasteful decor with large wall-mounted HD-TV and wireless internet.
The compact kitchen is perfect for vacation cooking; Stainless steel compact dishwasher, 4 burner stove/oven. Full height, compact stainless refrigerator/freezer and all small appliances. Everything for morning coffee or gourmet cooking. 5' Sliding glass door leads to a back lanai with convenient, charcoal BBQ.
Both bedrooms feature queen beds, quality linens and flat screen TVs. One bedroom has an attached half bath. Each bedroom has new high-volume ceiling fans and dual pane windows for your comfort. One bedroom has windows facing toward ocean and greenbelt. This bedroom has a free-standing air-conditioning unit. The second bedroom has windows facing the landscaped front area with tropical foliage. The remodeled full bath is between the bedrooms.
The covered back lanai has a charcoal BBQ and beach supplies. We supply beach towels, boogie boards, beach mats, beach bags and beach umbrella.
Enjoy the beach all day and come home to a vacation 'home' in the smallest complex in the Kapaa/Wailua area Enjoy the convenience of a bottom floor, end-unit. No elevators, no lobby, no stairs. Your reserved parking space is directly in front of the unit and there is no parking or resort fee. The back lanai faces a greenbelt and is a perfect spot for the afternoon BBQ.
We do recommend having a rental car reservation prior to arrival and using that car during your stay to experience the full beauty of Kauai. However, this is one of the few locations on Kauai you can enjoy without a rental car. Take a 15 minute taxi ride (7 miles) from the airport. Or let your friends and family take the car for the day while you enjoy walking to the many beaches
The narrow strip of land on the ocean side of the highway has upscale resorts within walking distance. Enjoy a different restaurant each night and afternoon cocktails at the nearby beach bars. Or walk across the street to two shopping centers to enjoy coffee shops and restaurants.
This is a central location. Wake up in the morning and decide to snorkel on the north shore (24 mi to Hanalei Bay) or body board on the south shore (19 miles to Poipu) Or enjoy the surrounding Wailua area with it's many activities including the Wailua golf course (2.5 miles)
Just one note, we do not have central A/C. We have two , free standing 1250 BTU units in the bedroom and living room.

Great location. Loved the a/c
Great value for a 2bedroom. I stayed in this complex several years ago. The complex has fresh paint and other improvements. Nice comfortable unit for four people.
We had a great time at this condo. It was perfect for our group--walkable to beaches and some shopping and only about a 20 minute walk into town. It's also an easy drive to all of the sights on the island. While the place itself is on the smaller side, it's exactly what was advertised. Additionally, Mike was very responsive to our questions and made sure everything went smoothly.
This rental is a perfect location. Located 10 minutes North of the Lihue airport and a short 5 minute walk to 3 grocery stores and numerous restaurants, you could ask for no better spot.
The ocean front is about a 5 minute walk from this location, so I would not say it’s actually on the water.
The tennis court behind the unit is not accessible.
The unit itself is a nice cozy space. We utilized both bedrooms, and the couch for sleeping locations.
The unit could use:
Better ice trays
Fixed back screen door (disconnected)
Toilet paper roll holders (none installed)
Another small caveat- the doorways are a bit narrow and most of the mirrors and the shower head are mounted at a very low height.
Overall, for the price it’s a great spot, nice space, and all the kitchen amenities.
This was a great place to stay! Had all the kitchen necessities you need. The place was clean, had extra towels and even snorkeling gear if you wanted to use it. Everything is as described in the overview given by owner. Overall experience from beginning to end was quick, easy and straightforward! I appreciated that they were able to help us out as needed as well. There are air conditioning units in living room and one bedroom. We were there in August and it was still warm with the AC on in the room but definitely not a showstopper. Would stay here again.
We loved it. Aside from the beach umbrellas being broken, we had the best time EVER! ! Would come b!

Very nice. Easy to get to everything on the island. Place was clean and had everything you needed. The air conditioning is nice to have but won't keep up with the humidity and heat of the island. Great place to stay would stay here again. Thanks !!
Adjacent to Marriot Courtyard, Waipouli Beach Resort and Mokihana Resorts which have restaurants. Enjoy the nearby coastal walking/biking path. Unit is on ocean side of main road and ocean side of 12 building complex. Unit faces tennis court of adjacent Mokihana Resort. . Just a few steps to beach through adjacent resorts.
