About this property

Located a few hundred yards from the beautiful white sandy Gulf beach listed as # 9 best beach in 2021, a waterfront view of the Boca Ciega Bay, this 1 bedroom, 1 ½ bath, 2-storytownhome has it all. Drink your morning coffee overlooking the inter-coastal waterway from your balcony or picnic by the water’s edge or pool. Dolphins are often seen in the inter coastal feeding.

Enter into the living room-complete with, flat screen cable TV, and wifi. The main floor has a fully equipped galley style kitchen with dishwasher and microwave adjacent to the dining area. The ½ bath and laundry area complete the first floor. Upstairs is a huge bedroom with a king size bed, adjacent sitting area, Smart TV, and full bath.
It’s just a short walk across the road to the beach where playful dolphins are often seen and the sunsets are a must to see! The Winn-Dixie,CVS, Madeira Beach Snack Shack, recreation building, ball fields, tennis courts, public library and Municipal Park are also just a few steps from the door. Several dining & entertainment venues are walking distance or grab the Beach Trolley for a trip- to John’s Pass.
Madeira Beach is an easy drive from both St Petersburg/Clearwater Airport or Tampa and you don’t even need a rental car if you choose; the Beach Trolley runs all the way from Clearwater to Passe Grille.

Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a gated community with 2 heated swimming pools, Jacuzzi, fitness room with sauna, pool table, and fishing piers. Our unit is complete with full kitchen amenities, cable TV and wifi, washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, small cooler and umbrella. Just pack your clothes and head to the beach!

Our Stay

The property was just as described. The location was convenient to restaurants, grocery store and beautiful beach. The only negative was we had to wash the silverware and dishes before using because they were not clean. It was not a big issue we just put them in the dishwasher and it solved the issue. Everything else was just wonderful. It was a very nicely decorated and comfortable condo. The property owner was very receptive to any questions we had and answered quickly. We would visit again.

A great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay . The condo was beautiful and decorated nicely. It was easily accessible to the pool and the marina. It was a great location, close to the grocery store and other local shops and dining establishments. It was perfectly located. We loved our stay ! Any communications we had with the owners were immediately addressed. We'll be back! Thank you !

Perfect Location

The property is exactly as described in the listing. The town home was very well equipped with everything you need and more. It is very convenient to be within walking distance of a grocery store, drug store and Dollar Tree. Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a very quiet development. Everyone we saw was very friendly. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Would have loved to stay another week! Communication with the hosts was very efficient. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay

Location is excellent and the owners were very responsive. The only negative is the place could use a little touching up in a few areas. Overall it's a good place to stay on your trip. Would recommend.
