Look no further for the perfect vacation home in downtown Elk Rapids! This beautiful and spacious rental sleeps up to 10 and is only 2 blocks from the heart of Elk Rapids. Enjoy all the charm Elk Rapids has to offer by simply walking out the door! Stroll to downtown sandy beaches, tennis courts, restaurants and more. Enjoy downtown festivals, craft fairs and farmers markets in the Summer! Have a boat? Lake Michigan, Elk and Torch Lakes are just a short drive away. All have public launches and the house has space for boat parking. As the weather gets cooler, enjoy the Fall color tours, wineries, skiing and snowmobile trails nearby. Elk Rapids is always a nice retreat after a long day on the ski hill or visiting Traverse City. This home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a large kitchen and dinning area. The master bedroom is quite large and has it’s own bathroom. Other important amenities include: central air, heating, washer and dryer, linens/towels, spacious front porch. We also include bikes and kayaks for your enjoyment free of charge.

Elk Rapids holds a special place in our hearts and has for decades. We purchased this home because we loved it -- it's charm, comfort and location that allows for walking almost anywhere, even with kids. Our goal is to spend as much time in ER as possible and allow others to have the experience we enjoy so much when we're not able to be there.
