Located in Pinnacle Peak III, our secluded retreat is enveloped by a wide natural green surround that creates a beautifully ensconced, fully private desert oasis.

The garden is in a constant state of growth, renewal and upgrade. Great southern exposure provides cheerful breakfast sunshine and romantic evening sunsets, while mid-day heat is eased by 90 linear feet of professional quality misters entirely surrounding the covered patio.

The beautiful south-facing back garden is truly a vacation location; you may arrive and decide to do nothing but lounge poolside in this garden sanctuary on our one acre property. Easy to just settle in and enjoy .... while eight massive Saguaro Cacti stand vigil and join a beautiful backdrop of 80 foot palms framing the desert evening sunset..... stargaze by the new fire pit or use the two Beach Bikes to cruise around and check out the neighborhood gardens. A recently removed Palo Verde tree has really opened up the pool area to more wonderful sunshine!

Indoors, enjoy 14 ft ceilings in a home decorated with a fun, comfortable South West Adobe feel, and an open plan great for entertaining. The Sonus Sound System with subwoofer allow you to really enjoy your favorite music.

Organic, high thread count cotton linens and an overflow of pillows on fantastically comfortable king-sized beds mean great sleeps too!

Crazy about your morning coffee ??? You'll love what the the Breville Espresso/Cappuccino Machine does for your mornings! Gorgeous new granite countertops will brighten up your mornings.

Gorgeous garden with evening lighting let’s you gaze out at the oasis while you nestle in bed. A spacious desk with hardwired USB charging is available if you need to get down to work for a moment, or better yet, get online to book your next T-Time.
******* Pool is a great temperature on its own from May through September, often into October... and can be heated for an additional charge during cooler months. Thinking about a cold Corona? Pick your own limes in the garden's citrus which also include lemons, grapefruit and oranges!!!!

Are you a golfer? We are 4 minutes north of the 36 hole Grayhawk Course (Phil Mickelson's home digs). Grayhawk’s Raptor course a par-72 7090 yard Tom Fazio design listed among the top public golf courses in Arizona will be hosting the NCAA golf Championship 2020 through 2022 . We are 10 minutes south of Troon North's 36 holes, even closer to beautiful Legacy and 8 minutes north of the 36 holes at TPC Scottsdale Champions Course. Virtually at the epicenter of North Scottsdale’s Golfer's Paradise! A perfect home base location to enjoy the fun at the Waste Management Open in February. All of these courses have their own fabulous restaurants overlooking their respective greens and gardens where you can enjoy Happy Hour, Lunch or Dinner.

Looking for some exercise? Our treasure is close to the Pinnacle Peak Trails and Tom's Thumb Trail Head; the McDowell Mountain Regional park has 50 miles of trails for hiking or mountain biking. Road bikers love the local roads, so don't hesitate to bring yours if you are so inclined.

A LITTLE ROAD TRIP:
Take a drive North through the stunning vistas of Boulders, Carefree, and up to Cave Creek for some eclectic shopping finds. See the amazing rodeo action in Cave Creek’s Buffalo Chip where you can also catch great live country music and barbecue. Cave Creek hosts Bike Week in late March/early April , sometimes described as Mardi Gras on wheels.
Sedona is 100 miles north of our oasis if you feel like packing in a full day out exploring.

Great get away for the family

We absolutely loved the garden and outdoors of this property. My kids lived in the pool. The Temperpedic beds and the black out blinds made for very comfortable sleep. The house was very well stocked with towels, and the fridge was even stocked with cold beer for us and Popsicles for the kids when we arrived. The misters really made is possible to enjoy the garden even when it reached 115 degrees.

Pinnacle Peak retreat for a holiday week.

A lovely house and hostess. A wonderful big backyard with an abundance of gorgeous desert plantings and citrus trees, and an elegant pool (not used by us in December but the waterfall was great to listen to and look at). Perfect for our family of 5 (2 couples and a single). Kitchen was well-stocked and easy to cook in, and had a bonus espresso/cappuccino maker. We loved our stay, even with a week of rain we managed to have our morning coffee outside under the roof a couple days. Well-located with easy access to stores, restaurants, etc.

Fantastic stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was very comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. The backyard was paradise! Lounging by the pool, listening to the sounds of the waterfall and gazing at the cactus and palm trees was fabulous! The neighborhood was quiet and close to great restaurants and shopping. Annette was extremely responsive to my inquiries pre-visit, even buying a few things for the house to make our stay more enjoyable. While there, I texted her a few times to ask about a couple of things, and she responded within minutes. We didn't want to leave, and we even booked our stay for next year before we departed. Thank you, Annette, and we look forward to returning next year!

Outdoor Oasis

The house is very clean and well-appointed with a large kitchen/dining/family room area and was perfect for our family getaway. Great location near all shopping and amenities. The best part of the house is the pool, patio and backyard area. We spent hours outside with the misters and waterfall both on and we all enjoyed the pool. The pool temperature was still warm enough for swimming mid-October. Homeowner was fantastic and very responsive to all our questions. Highly recommended!

Vacation in the Time of Covid-19

Annette's property in north Scottsdale was very comfortable, clean, and well provided. I never met her, but she was very easy to communicate with through phone and messaging. The back yard, with a most beautiful pool, landscaping and verdant citrus trees was like a resort property. It was a most pleasant escape from the ongoing pandemic. Desert Oasis

We loved staying at this property! The home has all of the amenities you need for a desert vacation. And the outdoor space is a welcome oasis at the end of the day! We cannot say enough about how good it was to work with Annette. She really helped us out of a jam (last-minute cancellation of another property) and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our extended vacation in Scottsdale. At first I was concerned that the location was a bit out there, but quickly realized Scottsdale had grown and the North Scottsdale area had become a highly desirable area to stay in with golf, hiking and pickleball really close, and a tremendous array of restaurants and shops to choose from. I highly recommend booking this home!

1st Long Getaway, Amazing!

We had an amazing time at this Arizona Oasis and spent the time enjoying many things Arizona. From Spring training, Golfing, Hiking, Walking in the neighborhood, NCAA Tournament and just some family in the back yard by the pool, fire pit and of course the grill, along with the abundance of nearby restaurants options. The backyard is very large and the neighborhood is extremely quite, and we felt like we were in our own private resort. Of course when you do a long-term rental you are going to run into some hickups along the way, but Annette was extremely responsive to any of the smallest items. Top notch service!

Pinnacle Paradise

My husband, myself and my three adult children spent six days during the Thanksgiving holiday at this stunning property. The pictures simply do not do this gorgeous home justice! We absolutely loved everything about the home. The pool and yard is like a mini resort and is extremely private. We had beautiful weather and just loved relaxing at the pool. The interior of the home was also spectacular. We had more than enough room for the five of us. We utilized the grill and the well-stocked kitchen several times during our stay. Annette, was the best owner that I have ever dealt with on VRBO. She was SO quick to respond to any/all questions, and the document that she provided to us prior to our arrival was so comprehensive, nothing was overlooked. We had the most delightful stay, and will most definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Beautiful property

We just finished a 6 night stay in Annette’s Scottsdale home. It was just my husband and I, but this home has a wonderful flow that could easily accommodate a family or a group of couples. The backyard is filled with mature desert landscaping, as well as a beautiful pool. We paid the extra to have it heated and the afternoon sunshine provided the perfect opportunity to take advantage of that. The waterfall is relaxing to have as background noise and is lovely to watch. The fruit trees on property were filled with citrus. It was hard to come home to store bought grapefruit after walking out and picking them warm from the sun and squeezing them into my Margarita. The location is incredibly convenient to many very nice restaurants. It’s also close to West World which is a convention center. We attended the Barrett Jackson car show while we were in town. It was incredible. The communication from Annette was perfect. I would highly recommend this home. .

We are somewhat new to the owner's side of the equation having been VRBO renters on Maui , in New Orleans and in the Caribbean. We LOVE Scottsdale and the beautiful desert landscape, and have purchased the home of our dreams....which are sharing through VRBO with other like-minded paradise seekers! As soon as we saw this home it was love at first sight! We love the proximity to all the great offerings of North Scottsdale and were looking for something with a true vacation retreat feel. This is it!
