If you’re looking for a cozy family getaway near the lake, Moose Meadows is the place for you!  Located in Big Bear West, this little hideaway keeps you close to all the Big Bear action!

The first level is open concept featuring the kitchen, living area, and two separate dining areas and upgraded furnace. Perfect for gathering family and friends around the table! The kitchen and dining areas have wood floors throughout. Upon entry, you will see the first dining area with seating for six. Head into the kitchen equipped with a upgraded oven/gas range, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Great for those dinner nights in! The living area includes plenty of comfy seating, a wood burning fireplace, and a large 50" 4K flat screen TV with Hulu, Netflix streaming and Amazon FireTV.  Also has Blue Ray player and many movies of various genre.  The second dining area has seating for six and looks out onto the deck and features a 2000 multi arcade machine. Just off the second dining area is a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

Bedroom one is on the first level and features a king size bed , flat screen TV and plenty of storage.  Also on the first level is a newly remodeled bath with a beautiful tiled shower and sink with granite countertops.

On the second level is a private bedroom with two queen size beds and a flat screen TV with Hulu and Netflix.  There is also a children’s drawing area, as well as a full bath including tub and shower.

Head outside to the deck featuring a propane grill and dine al fresco!  There is seating for eight around the picnic table. Great for game time, a morning cup of coffee, or sunset toasts! There is also a horse shoe pit just off the deck for a little friendly competition.

Moose Meadows is in an ideal Big Bear Cabin if you want to be near the lake, the Village and marinas!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
