The Cannon Beach Bliss property is serene; with stunning ocean views and the perfect, peaceful location to give you and your family and friends the best vacation experience on one of the most extraordinary beaches in the country. It has easy access to the beach, being only 2 houses away from the incredible waves of the Pacific Ocean. It is located in the lovely Tolovana Park neighborhood, and is a beautiful stroll down the sand to the infamous Haystack Rock, that is less than a mile away. This captivating rock formation has unique tide pools to explore that are filled with colorful sea creatures at low tide, has some of nature’s greatest seabird displays, and not to mention it provides a stunning backdrop to capture some amazing memories with your camera. Downtown Cannon Beach is only a short distance away, yet the beach right in front of the vacation property is less crowded, peaceful and gives you plenty of room to spread out with family and friends to relax and read a book or truly enjoy your day playing on the sand and building sandcastles! The sunsets are spectacular here, and on this area of the beach you can find your perfect spot to light a fire and roast marshmallows for s’mores as you savor watching the sun go down over the sea. Tolovana Park offers a playground, coffee shops, quaint local restaurants, and new Grocery store/Wine Shop all within walking distance from the house. You can also explore other nearby spots to enjoy beach-combing and hiking opportunities with picture-perfect vistas like Ecola State Park, Hug Point, Oswald West State Park, and Short Sands Beach. There are gourmet dining options abound including some of the best local fresh seafood preparations, to unique wine bars and bistros, and even a chocolate cafe. The town of Cannon Beach is so charming, and while walking around you can visit local shops, art galleries and even a vintage candy shop to get your salt water taffy fix!

The Cannon Beach Bliss house is newly built, and features two master suites, each with a king-sized bed with new pillow-top mattresses and comfortable linens. Both master bedrooms are upstairs and are appointed with their own beautifully tiled bathrooms with large marble double sink vanities. One master has a large shower, and the other features a relaxing soaking tub and rejuvenating steam shower. You will feel like you are in a relaxing spa. Another guest bedroom upstairs has custom built in bunks with four twin gel memory foam mattresses. This room can accommodate both kids and “kids at heart” comfortably. There is a full bathroom upstairs with double sink vanity, adorned with shiplap detail and a tub/shower combination for the bunk room guests to utilize. Another sleeping option is a cozy main floor bedroom with comfortable queen size bed, and thanks to a new memory foam queen-sized pull-out sofa bed in the upstairs family room, it gives yet another sleeping option with a view for the 10 guests to choose from.

The nicely appointed kitchen provides all the necessary tools for preparing tasty daily vacation meals, or enjoy a large family celebration gathering with serving platters and toasting glasses. There is a gas BBQ available out back to grill your fresh catch or classic lunchtime burgers and hotdogs. You and your guests are sure to enjoy leisurely meals and casual cocktails while watching the gorgeous sunsets or whales spouting from this special property…complete with french doors leading to a large patio dining area with teak furniture, or sit back and relax in the coastal classic Adirondack chairs on the 2nd floor deck, and just breath in the sea breeze. The deck is wrapped with glass to not distract from taking in that beautiful view and the house is equipped with a bluetooth stereo sound system to set your vacation scene with your favorite music.

When it’s time to stretch out and relax indoors, there are two comfortable living room options that are the perfect spots. Turn on the gas driftwood fireplace on the main floor for a warm, cozy fire and enjoy a movie or your favorite sports channel on the flat screen TV together as a family, or turn on a children’s option for the kids in the upstairs family room flat screen and enjoy some quiet adult time downstairs. Or you can enjoy the board and card games offered at the house to indulge in some quality time together. If you need it, Cannon Beach Bliss comes complete with included high-speed WiFi.

There is a large laundry/mudroom to give you room to spread out when cleaning off all the sand from the day, and also an outdoor hot/cold shower to rinse those sandy toes comfortably. If you own an electric car, the garage is equipped with a plug to charge, and there is storage with extra beach chairs and sand toys to use.
